Agree.Ridiculous to ignore there's a material uncertainty in terms of a going concern. They need a fund raise, don't get folks thinking otherwise.

my very easy rule of thumb is "dont buy stocks without an unqualified going concern statement"

why take the risk? they are literally telling you there is a real concern the company cannot continue as a going concern

management could not have told paul scott there was or was not a fund raise in the works. If they had said anything that would have been illegal no? selective dissemination

According to Paul Scott (who spoke to management on Friday) there is no imminent fund raise planned. Funds are needed to scale but that maybe sometime down the line

There will be a fund raise, they are just doing a pre raise PR exercise to ramp up support.IMO going on their raise in 2016 there wasn't too much of a discount but who knows this time.

Picked up the Aldi Christmas food booklet earlier to go with my collection. Some Bl00dy good looking tucker in there - very similar to M&S offerings but with a decent price difference. Looks like they have seriously upped their game.

Starting with the tree today as next weekend looking a bit busy. All the exterior illumination can wait.
