Cavendish EBIT assumes a doubling of revenue in FY26 to £9.4m and with that you get £0.3m of EBIT and £0.2m of PBT
0.2m of PBT with normal 25% tax which they wont pay cos they have tax shielding, but would be £0.15m PAT
Value that on a Hunting multiple and Hunting is a way better business!!! Hunting is on 8x 2026 pe so that would only be a £1.2m market cap

True, £400k each, which for Ben and Jeffrey is near enough what they handed to themselves for the BS loss of office, and I note it states: they intend to subscribe "either personally or indirectly through a connected entity" - would assume Ben and Stas won't feel any pain, neither will Thrall IMO.Don't trust the BoD and can't shake that cynicism.Do you know what orders they've had that confirms their existing kit of eight is fully booked?, are any already booked?. |

Might have this wrong as not kept up, but they had 4 sets of well head kit, with 4 that have now been delivered, and the funds raised will enable a further eight kits to be manufactured.They give the impression it's to meet their sales / order rental pipeline - what sales pipeline?. Only one of their eight well head kits are out on rental for FY25 from what they've told the market.They've stated that they were focusing more on this area of rental kit but there's no evidence that they have potential rental orders for their currebt inventory of eight kits let alone for 16.Am I missing something?, are they just being hopeful and this is a way of raising funds to keep afloat? |

RmCould be as you say, but nah don't buy it, in your own words the company was in a pickle cash wise and that's been obvious for a while, so irrespective of order visibility they could have done a raise months ago. Given how the BoD behave it's clear where their priorities ly, their own wealth creation. It's run like a private family business keeping them in the lifestyle they've come accustomed to. |
