I note that fellow Andrew Mitchell has been made Deputy Foreign Secretary. What the hell. I'm way past caring. They could appoint Mao Tse Tung or Che Guevara and I'd not be surprised.

Mornin'all, including Michael Douglas lookalikes.

#7983,

Blimey, exceptional notepadage, Barry. Despite being a decade old, it proves my memory is not to be trusted. As Mrs J is quick to point out, my #jeffianrepetitions are often honed and edited for effect and an enhanced experience and as this shows, if you repeat something often enough over time you believe it to be true!

I miss the old girl as well. She was quite a character*.

*handful

Looking at Meetingofthewaters and Capodanno I think. Will probably pick a third, but not sure on that one yet.

I have Mr Incredible in teh work sweep - and that one shows promise.

I will be perusing the national line up after a hike. I’ve done quite well the past few years.

Good Morning.

Lone wolf killing several in Sydney Australia. No description of 'the attacker' so I think we can guess.

The vote goes to MAHLER MISSION (nap) ahead of Vanillier, Roi Mage and Mr Incredible.

(Racing Post)

Roi Mage is at 50s, which is interesting.

Morning all.

It took a bit of notepadaged but we’ve got there in the end with some middle ground Jeffian, I for one do miss your old mum, so much value, from the silver giraffe. Olive oil to shooting anything that moved!

I think the human body can deal with just about anything. My Old Mum has dementia and is as mad as a box of frogs. She was always a bit of a drinker in the usual 'G&T brigade' manner but as the mind went, she forgot what mixed with what. We've managed to wean her orf whisky-topped-up-with-wine, which made her a bit wobbly, and I was reasonably relaxed that she seems to have settled on wine topped up with fruit juice. But when I went last week, I noticed that the elements of her drink seemed to have separated. On investigation, the current drink du choix is wine topped up with olive oil. Doesn't seem to have done her much harm though.

Chin chin!

#7978,

Orange juice and olive oil, if you please. We had removed all the real alcohol at that stage.

#7970,

"I looked more closely and saw the bottom 2/3 was a green liquid, the upper 1/3 transparent."

Sounds like the sort of drink My Old Mum used to mix hers'en after she lost her marbles.

Yes, given it a good shake and made a preliminary application. Now I'm waiting for it to settle.

I've decided I don't want to look like Derek Fowlds, but like Michael Douglas in Wall Street.

#7970,

Aye, that's the trouble with old stock. Have ye thought of giving it a good shake?
