20/1/2020 22:40 | I wonder if XLM related.Odd to see the fall today | trentendboy
20/1/2020 16:22 | This share is like death by a thousand cuts. It times it pokes it's head above 400p it gets pushed back down again. We have to wait until next month to see latest update to understand what is going on. | kickingking

19/12/2019 13:04 | Fairly close vote there and interesting institutional statement - no doubt an attempt to put Spring Owl in its place. Not sure it will in the scheme of things but there's some lines being drawn here! | noujay
07/12/2019 09:24 | Good recovery and matches general sector increases Still makes no sense to me that it is not mid 400s at least | trentendboy
05/12/2019 08:39 | Interesting, thanks for that. | f15jcm
04/12/2019 21:07 | Remember, United States authorities had the same challenge when online gambling was illegal. PTEC was one of the suppliers on the US bad boys list for serving US consumers. That's why we are not a key player in the US today. | nod
04/12/2019 21:03 | JP Morgan below 3%. They were over 6% in August.Trading I guess, rather than believing in the business. | nod
04/12/2019 21:01 | I believe the authorities do that and they spring up hours later with a different name. The operators are located outside of China serving the Chinese consumer. I suppose like cat and mouse. | nod
03/12/2019 22:24 | If it is illegal, why don't they just block the sites? | f15jcm
03/12/2019 21:53 | If PTEC walked away from China it may have a positive affect on the share price after a few months. There would be some revenue loss but this is offset by the removal of a key risk and overall negative perception from operating in an illegal market. PTEC has said China is highly competitive, margins have been eroded and we are offering incentives to stay in this illegal market.China is not likely to be regulated and, if it were, PTEC is unlikely to be a selected partner as they are a supplier to illegal operators (and are not Chinese). | nod
03/12/2019 21:36 | No major red flags here, still looks like very good value to me. 22% upside on offer if you just intend to trade the range it has been in for some time. Think downside risk (with the exception of new regulation, which is always possible) looks very limited given the dividend on offer. Any new buyback program (surely likely?) would further support the share price. | f15jcm
03/12/2019 09:00 | It first needs to get past the majority of shareholders on 19th December. PTEC indicates it's been agreed by "some" of the major shareholders. "Playtech announces that, following an extensive Shareholder engagement programme driven by some of the Company's largest institutional Shareholders, the Company is now seeking shareholder approval for the grant to the Chief Executive Officer, Mor Weizer, of a share award linked to long-term shareholder value creation. The full terms of the award are set out in a circular to shareholders which includes a notice of general meeting to approve the terms of the award which is due to be held at 10.00 am on 19 December 2019." | nod
03/12/2019 07:18 | Nice (challenging) incentive package fro the CEO, share price target 600p / 700p / 800p / 1200p. I don't necessarily agree with share price targets, Op Cash is a much better metric. | hatfullofsky
02/12/2019 21:31 | Good spotSomething needs to change But still very undervalued | trentendboy
02/12/2019 18:17 | 2 huge deals today. Let's see what the holding RNS says | hatfullofsky
28/11/2019 11:38 | more serious :-) | trentendboy
28/11/2019 10:59 | Morgan Stanley cut from 550 to 390 | hatfullofsky
28/11/2019 09:23 | Ah, thought it must be something like that. Seems over done to me. Odd given the price target of all brokers are still above the current price by some distance. 435 to 425 - I mean - that worth 5% off the price... | trentendboy
28/11/2019 09:07 | Any ideas what is going on with the fall this morning? | dodge meister
26/11/2019 08:21 | Muted response to the trading update - they are playing it cagey at the moment. Interesting to see how their strategy is developing. Strong Italy is great against regulatory headwinds and puts them in a solid position. At this rate though PTEC begin to look like a bid target for someone like GVC - would see them sow up the B2B market | trentendboy |
