Interesting. News of the Agm. A tick up and whilst I can get an online quote of 2.44 (so above quoted offer) to buy they cannot fill even a small order.

Results today show NAV 740k and expected to make a transaction soon. If I can get some below 2p I will buy a few of these over the summer when WORK RTO has finalized and I get my cash/profit out of that.

Redmond is awful but worth a portion of the punt money as these RTO do pay off generally speaking. ECO is an ok investment in the meantime as well.

True enough. I seem to recall that in the last report it said that the RTO was expected before the end of this financial year i.e. end of October. So fingers crossed.

Yes - finally seems to be a little interest in ECO so hopefully as that moves up it will take Piri with it. An RTO would be even better though.

Unless a holder of a good chunk is selling direct, but that doesn't make sense as they would surely be selling at a loss? I assume this is the vehicle being used by Paternoster to effect the RTO. It will be interesting to see how it gets played out. I'm a bit surprised some PIs haven't started to show speculative buying interest. I am tempted to top up my holding while the shares are at this price.

Another big chunk taken by RESOC. Moved from 12 % to over 15% in the last 3 weeks. Stock must surely start to dry up soon as hasn't been that much in the way of sales.

I had wondered if we'd see another holding RNS as saw that 250k trade go through the other day and that seems to be the amounts they have been buying and now it's confirmed. That's quite a chunk of stock that has been taken out of the market in the last couple of weeks. I wonder if they still have an appetite for more and the reasoning for them getting so involved here.

In the RNS yesterday Redmond stated that there would be a deal done in the current trading period, which I took to mean up to end October. As he was right on the wire for releasing that RNS i.e. just within the 6 months limit, I wonder if they have been waiting to get the deal done so he could state as a fact that a deal would be done in this financial year?

Explains those large trades that have been appearing recently. There were a few 250k yesterday and 1 mill. Wait to see if there is anything more to it than a speculative investment. With over 11% of the stock being hoovered up I'm surprised the price did not move more

So our ECO shares are now worth around £585k of the £800k MCAP meaning that the rest of PIRI is "worth" £215k.

I assume all these guys have day jobs outside of "running" PIRI.
