See it in other shares someone has bought and forgot about them.
Mms seem not to want to play as 2p sell 2.5p buy.

Ganten based on past history of this shell and how it has been run I think they probably sold before ECO rose to continue paying salary etc. Thankfully got out a year or so ago and hold ECO which is by far the better route in this instance.

Surprised Piri hasn't moved with Eco. Assuming they still have it all then just that investment is greater than the Piri market cap. Surely must just be a matter of time to see some movement here.

2.6% of ECO = 3.125 million shares.

£150k odd in cash and investments

£14m in tax losses on the balance sheet

Clean Cash shell for £800k.

Got to be a few companies sniffing around at this opportunity.

Pretty much last sub 1m mkt cap going clean and a liquid investment that can be sold at a profit.
Anyone know what the other investments are.

interesting how Piri had some large buying - then a lot of follow through whilst there was ECO trading briskly, which it hardly ever does.
Hopefully some long awaited Corporate activity for PIRI as well as the ECO bonus.

Being 'reversed into' won't necessarily make this a good buy. Existing holders will be significantly diluted. I have held through 3 previous RTOs for this holding and my original stake isn't worth anything.

Don't know much about PIRI but I see British Bulls.com have it marked as a 'screaming buy'. A year ago a rights issue was at over 4p. so at less than 3p at present it might be worth a look. Any share with only 34m in issue usually does not need a lot of buying to move the price.

this has to be the most un-noticed cheap as damn chips stock with zero downside and max upside on the market.
investments and cash exceed 700k.
market value 700k

ECO investment is in here for kicks
but the main point is, this will be reversed into and at many multiples of 700k!!!!

still nice to see some blue and a bit of vol.
