23/1/2017 16:31 | Yes, by input I meant GUN with their 5% stake here advocating a reversal of Oyster into Pires. It might be the reason for their holding. It does sound like Oyster's advisors, VSA Capital, are keen for it to come to AIM and reversing into PIRI would be one option. Oyster perhaps doesn't look like the type of company Paternoster would choose though and I guess it will be their call with their 25% stake here. | nick2412
23/1/2017 14:07 | depends if Oyster O&G does a RTO into Piri, sounds more viable | euclid5
20/1/2017 11:33 | GUN also have a 5% stake here and look under-valued as well with their stake in Zenith energy bought at about 4p I believe. Who knows GUN may have an input regarding Pires - perhaps with their TSX listed Oyster Oil and Gas. Oyster Oil and Gas are listed on the TSX. It's probably too racy for Paternoster but Oyster have been tipped by Andrew Monk of VSA Capital who says:- "it is currently listed on the TSX-v but I hope it will head to London soon as this is where it should be listed and it would do very well on AIM." | nick2412
19/1/2017 10:53 | What is their stake in KENV apfindley? | ssnichani
18/1/2017 22:26 | Pires have a stake in kennedy ventures."Kennedy, which acquired a tantalite project in Namibia in 2015, began mining in the final months of 2015. It has very recently completed subject to shareholder approval a GBP2m equity raise to enable it to upgrade its tantalite recovery and to begin work on a potentially valuable lithium deposit that has been discovered in association with the tantalite" | apfindley

18/1/2017 18:04 | dingo75 I would love a tech company with something small in a fast & growing sector like you mention an EVRH type business. But signs are looking like its going to be in Natural Resources. You can never tell exactly when an RTO will happen. But you can look out for the signs of one coming and there is plenty of signs here. 1) Mention of RTO in a previous statement 2) PRS taking a 25% shareholding in the company before Christmas On the PRS website they state 'Paternoster Resources plc is an investing company listed on AIM, focused on opportunities in the natural resources sector' Natural Resources Sector?? Is that a big clue? What does the biggest shareholder in PIRI know that we do not? 3) GUN have taken 5% stake On the GUN website they state 'The Company’s Investing Policy is to invest in and/or acquire companies and/or projects within the natural resources sector which the Board considers, in its opinion, has potential for growth. The Company will consider opportunities in all sectors as they arise if the Board considers there is an opportunity to generate potential value for Shareholders' Again another reference to natural resources sector here Have Gun and Piri been talking to each other? If so, what have they got planned to come into this shell? | smart_investor
18/1/2017 17:52 | apfindley do you have a link please? | smart_investor
18/1/2017 17:00 | Lithium would be a fine RTO I am in two minds, it will be either a Hot Sector like Lithium or a Hi Tech Company, like EVRH which AVP became. another Redmond Success. albeit he left just a bit before but likely to have been a part of the prelim negotiations. I would anticipate a healthy £10m mk cap as folk pick up on what could happen here before any RTO is done, but we shall see. GLA | dingo75

18/1/2017 16:17 | Not sure why people are saying lithium. Any decent RTO prospect will do regardless of the industry/sector. | smart_investor
