I dont see it if RAME couldnt raise the money themselves. PIRI investment was RAME so now they are all but worthless.

If you want a good shell thats undervalued then look at GUN

Makes sense why the biggets shareholder agreed ot put the WC facility in place I guess, they really do need to stop arsing aroudn now and get a deal done either as an RTO or direct investment (the latter cheaper of course).

lol. Not alot happening on the back of that placing for now, wonder if there is something brewing on the back of the RAME suspension?

Time will tell I guess but still surprised the small placing was at such a premium et we still remain donw here below 4p.

Certainly seems like a bridging placing, cant think for a minute the major shareholder would stump up best part of the cash at such a premium unless something was to kick this into play finally.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has raised GBP100,000 through the issue of 2,114,164 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 4.73 pence each, a premium of 30.30% to the closing mid-price of the Ordinary Shares on 4 July 2016 ("the Placing").



Application will be made for admission of the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 July 2016.



The proceeds of the placing will be used for general working capital purposes.



Ambrosia Investments Limited ("Ambrosia") is subscribing for 1,585,623 shares in the Placing. Ambrosia is a substantial shareholder in the Company and therefore pursuant to AIM Rule 13 Ambrosia's participation in the Placing is deemed to be a related party transaction. The directors of the Company, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, believe that the terms of Ambrosia's participation in the Placing are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned.



Following the Placing, Emmaouil Vaindirlis, who is the controlling shareholder in Ambrosia, has confirmed to the Company that he will have an interest over 3,285,623 ordinary shares, representing approximately 28.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.



For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 11,400,803 Ordinary Shares in issue.



The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 11,400,803. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Net buying over the last months is hugely positive mostly from long term holders that buy a range of shells.

MM has been happy to see thse short for some time and the chart tells you they have done ok, at some point with the right news this is going to reverse very quickly.

Right now you can sell 150k no problem which I have not seen for all the months I have held. Give us some news !!

MM are well short here imo. Difficult to get a decent chunk so will start to fly soon as a sniff of volume.
