Holding in Company

The Company announces that it has been notified by Emmanouil Vaindirlis, a shareholder in the Company, that he has an interest over 415,000,000 (17.87%) shares of the Company by way of his controlling shareholding in Ambrosia Investments Limited, which holds 375,000,000 (16.15%) shares in Pires, and an additional 40,000,000 (1.72%) shares held through a nominee account.

The Company website has been updated in accordance with AIM Rule 26.

RAME is rising back they just need to get Ventec moving with some energy projects .... or sell the listing as a shell and return the cash/investment which will probably be worth x2 the value today
