Manoli, for those who don't know, is also behind Ambrosia, which remains PIRI's largest single investor (@ .1p in the placing of 2013). He is also listed on the PIRI website as a consultant:

outspan - no info on that but i will make a few calls this afternoon and see
if i can get the lowdown ect and report back.Like you say a placing at 0.015p
may be painful initially but if used for deals could offer value down the road.

Oilbuy - Pires results just out 5 mins ago, here is an extract from their report

Close to the end of the financial period, we invested a larger sum - GBP100,000 - in a placing of shares in Armstrong in the hope of achieving a similar result. Since then, Armstrong has reviewed a number of potential reverse takeovers and we are hopeful that it will complete such a transaction in the coming months. Since the year end, we have also participated with an investment of GBP80,000 in the refinancing of 3 Legs, an Isle of Man domiciled AIM-quoted company, for a similar purpose.
