20/3/2015 12:43 | 10m buy? Overhang must be getting pretty lightweight by now...bouncy, bouncy? I see PGD are about to change tack to O&G, under a completely new Board with the assistance of £1m+ raised by Peterhouse. So will we see one or more of the other investment companies sitting on cash in the Peterhouse stable having put up the initial finance? PIRI/AVP/3LEG spring to mind... | outspan

18/3/2015 14:56 | i have averaged down, 8m to me over the last week of which the 5m today is mine. You're right a bounce is likely sooner rather than later :-) | droftarts
18/3/2015 12:54 | Well there's no bad news either so you have to wonder about the scale of this retreat. I think it's pretty clear there's been some chunky selling which may well have started as long ago as Jan (into the then rise). Given the identity of the likely seller, I’m thinking the Jan rise which appeared to come out of nowhere, may well have been engineered by MMs to allow the selling to get off to a good start. Certainly the volumes were pretty terrific as I recall. What am I talking about? Gledhow look to be the culprits. Their Finals statement issued in December put their losses down mainly to 3 investments, one of them being PIRI - and they are now nowhere to be seen on the PIRI website list of Major Shareholders which was updated on 17 Feb 15. Of course, that only means they had gone below 3% which is near 70m shares but at the last count (Aug 14 on PIRI website) they had 200m so that could explain the Jan volume - and perhaps also the downward pressure since then if up to 70m shares remained to be offloaded. I don’t keep track of trades except by memory but I seem to recall at least a couple of 20m sells in the last few weeks, perhaps more. Either way, I feel it’s likely that the selling is indeed from this one main source and is very likely to be near the end now. If so, I’m thinking the situation is most likely to have been an old-fashioned overhang and if it ends in the traditional fashion there could be a very substantial bounce! Buys now available at around .0275p so have Just been putting some money where my mouth is - along with others it seems! | outspan

09/3/2015 07:04 | Rame Energy PLC Update on Chilean Wind Power Project RNS Number : 8235G Rame Energy PLC 09 March 2015 Rame Energy / Index: AIM / Epic: RAME / ISIN: JE00BBD8GG53 / Sector: Energy 9 March 2015 Rame Energy plc ("Rame" or the "Company") Update on Construction of Chilean Wind Power Project Rame is pleased to announce the achievement of mechanical completion at its 15MW Raki / Huajache wind project. All five wind turbines are now erected which marks a critical milestone for the project and commissioning has commenced. Raki / Huajache is the most advanced project in Rame's mature development pipeline and power out is expected in the next few weeks. This will formally mark the completion of the Company's transition to an independent power producer. CEO Tim Adams said "I am delighted we have reached mechanical completion on this, our first wind project as an independent power producer. The construction of this 15MW project in just 10 months is clear evidence of our capacity to manage complex operations under, at times, challenging and adverse circumstances. The project builds on Rame's position as an early mover in the Chilean energy market, and the achievement of mechanical completion represents a genuine landmark for the Company and its partnership with Banco Santander. We anticipate power out in the next couple of weeks, and I look forward to making a further update then." | moreforus
