How strange! Having listed on the MAIN market as a cash shell, I see in the blurb about CLEE that it intends to seek admission to AIM in conjunction with RTO.

Must admit I couldn't see Euro Lith as a main market company at this stage but if MITH intends similarly in due course, any such obstacle is removed.

PIRI now has 2 rto shells lined up for any asset....AVP and 3LEG - if PR can deliver at CLEE then there's hope at both of the other shells for an RTO and PIRI would be an investor imho

Who knows but the stable certainly has some current runners and may even be taking the opportunity for some shorter-term trading as and when opportunity arises, as with the CLEE strength in recent times.

Redmond-linked CLEE suspended this morning I see, pending the potential acquisition/reverse into a satellite company which, of course, was always the intention of raising money and coming to market at the end of last year.

So what now of sister company and Redmond-run MITH? Both created by the same teams, listed on the MAIN market as shells after raising about £3m each, specifically to hunt for a reverse. CLEE given a technical brief, MITH a resource brief.

European Lithium perhaps?

There was talk that PR needed the share price to go up to .1 to make it worth taking up his warrants this April. At this rate there is no chance so presumably he will just let it die?

I bought in to RAME directly this week as the logistical challenges for their 15MW project are behind them and they are undervalued significantly imo now.Should be good for piri too when their share price starts to recover."T"

so we have investments in RAME, AVP & 3LEG (have I missed any)

good chance of AVP & 3LEG doing something big via a RTO

wonder if PR got PIRI involved in MITH and/or CLEE perhaps under 3% so not notifyable

get the feeling that 2015 will be our year, could 10bag with the right deal
