The new placing at 0.10p would be underway as you post. They need a lot more cash than the miserly £175K just raised A LOT MORE. Be careful.

They could always issue a few billion more shares at the same level with the volume that keeps going before any consolidation.

Over 400k market cap with probably half that in cash. I am not sure the "big move" will benefit new investors in the short term.

When you think how much lower in value it is now that when the one but last funding was undertaken based on the 3.6 billion shares in issue, and as you stated PWhite73 it will hardly leave anything left once all costs are covered. What a shambles but are there already plans afoot for a RTO to list another company.

The money raised will just cover the annual fees for the new nomad and broker. Far much more will have to be raised for any transactions.

3.6 billion shares -and nothing to show for it. The former directors should be investigated over the LoI etc.

Wonder if they will be buying the remaining assets and patents the company held only to see them put to reap rich rewards?
