Are they in breach of their duties as company directors?

Utter shambles, reverse takeover into a company few years back and then milked shareholders. These guys should have carried on running the private company they had but nope these guys only wanted to look after themselves. Should have sold the company some time ago a firesale will be worthless with nothing for shareholders.

No one - Even if taken private (imo) the products are largely unwanted by the consumers - good money after bad - The departure of the technical director was the real warning sign (imo) - Unwanted products - terrible marketing - low cost Chinese competition -

Well, it is clear that Mc could not raise anymore mug money,everyone was warned a very long time ago that the pump and dump crew were involved with this.

The directors should be brought to account for their actions.

I can see them taking the best bits private for a song before very long.

Maybe that is why they issued it on a Friday - as they might be wishing that some publication may entice some naive punters in on Monday. Still turnover up as expected as is the share price - still at best that`s only around £60k`s worth in total and that includes sellers.

Another one of those trials to try to bolster the share price before another round of funding I expect. All to keep Mac and Co their fat salaries and extras one must assume - what happened to the orders from other trials? What happened to the order from the Letter of Intent?

ZERO - just burning punters money. Watch it zoom up again and get those mug punters that ApplegarthLSE bangs on about. I assume he is one that has lost money due to being hoodwinked -

This is one the regulators should look into and the company brokers imo.
