Last funding was 2nd May 2018 and as of June 30th they only had cash of £47k -

How does James McKenzie get away with raising more funds all the time - while this tiddler of a company had Administrative Expenses of £1,289,000.00 with revenuers of just £1.33m - How much are the top[ board of directors drawings, and what are their expenses - I wonder.

Warnings were given repeatedly on this thread over a long period of time.

What makes you really puke, is that it seems like he is going to get that infamous Letter of Intent renewed - I guess it will be any attempt to hook a few more mugs.

hate to say this but I think this is a dead duck. My personal view after having another look at accounts.

Without any news of contracts, I believe that they will at best be hoping to lose just about £2M per year. They have raised about £1M since year end so that will just about cover expenses assuming no increase in burn rate.

A blind man can see that they need to raise more money just to stay afloat until the jam tomorrow; Is there still appetite in the city to support this company?

I believe they have great idea but the execution has been sloppy..always the problem with having academics trying to run a company. Running a business requires a different type of intellectual acumen.

For years I have been advocating that they get rid of the manufacturing arm of the business as well as the LED lightning...these have been making losses year after year for the last 5 years at least, but they continued pouring money into a money sink which helped deplete their resources. By the time they wised up and sold the manufacturing business for a song they company was already living hand to mouth.

Five years ago the company had a healthy balance sheet and could also have sold the manufacturing for its true worth rather than the distressed value that they had to sell it.
they should have used the resources to concentrate on developing the internet of things option. Now the area is getting crowded and they do not have resources to keep abreast of required changed or keep up with new entrants.

If the company needs to make a modest change to their product as a result of customer feedback...it is taking ages to get this through due to limited resources.
that is the only logical conclusion as the alternative is far too terrible for share holders to consider. [ The alternative will be that all these companies which have been trialling the products and there has been many over the last few years , have all walked away after deciding that the product is not for them.I prefer to think that maybe they have not totally walked away but require more tweeks to the product before they can adopt it]

Anyway we would soon know by end of this Friday.

I no longer hold and have not been a holder since May 2017. I was lucky to get out as it was just coming down from its price spike. Still interested in the company as I believe in their technology but not convinced with the management.

Psl is a very confusing concept due to the fact it can't release price sensitive information because of this. It's a company that sells a product. I could ring up today and say 'hi I'm interested in having your system installed in my building'. They would have to tell me if it works would they not? Ignoring share rules, this is a company selling a product, they can't say 'sorry we can't tell you that'. Likewise, as a potential customer, if I ask what customers have you already installed in so I can get feedback from them they can't turn around surely and say 'sorry we can't tell you that'.

Isn't being a normal 'retail' company and being floated a conflict? And if they really can't tell you, how do they expect to get customers? I'd run a mile if simple questions such as does it work or who is using it was met with 'sorry, it's a secret'.

Many folks on the LSE board are worried this might get delisted ? But I notice Applegarth over there is still manning the pumps ? I for one think there's no contracts and money could be running out fast and like others have said this could be delisted as its AIM after all ? Good luck everyone

destitute, even if you are proved to be right, we need to stick it out or sell. Its one thing to post you view and warning folks to beware of stocks like this but no need to be offensive.

Anyone following this thread for any period of time were well aware of the BEWARE posts I made about the management of this company over a long period of time, and the way they appear to have repeatedly raised money using pump and dump methods, like LoI orders etc. that seem to have come to nothing or if they have then have failed to confirm the facts.

I would not be surprised to see this de-listed before long and the company bought for a song in a pre-pack .

I guess those new shares issued have been pre-sold at a hansom profit already.

However, ApplegarthLSE you really need to get a grip, even if you have been shafted here, and if so you should set out the facts, which I am sure many will sympathise with.
