Nominated Adviser ('Nomad') Update

The Board is in discussions with a potential new Nomad to replace Northland Capital Partners ('Northland') following the Group's announcement of 1st November 2018 which confirmed that Northland would cease to be PhotonStar's Nomad at 7am on 1st February 2019.

The potential Nomad has commenced its take on due diligence process and the Board believes it's possible that the Group will be able to announce the appointment of the new Nomad on or before the 31st January 2019, although no guarantees can be given at this stage.

The conversations are already started.

I am telling you now, there is going to be a massive upside when that news lands. Anyone buying now is in for profit.
