Does make you LOL when a tiddler of a business like this states:

"The Board will be undertaking its annual review of the Group's Board Committees in the next few weeks. This review will include the members of each committee and it is anticipated that Martin will join some of the committees following this review."

Some of the committees of all the same few directors - a drink in the pub more likely.

The ramp working once again to unload all those shares issued lat time around at a profit for the lender - how many times have they worked this?

UKD - take you profits while you can imo, as even the RNS points out his skills in fund raising.

This was priced to fail in 2 weeks and it’s not going to fail... at least for the next few months at least. They raised 100k and market cap is still only a few hundred k. That says value to me.

With 100k in cash just raised and a market cap of 200k the market clearly thinks this one is dead - and they may well be right.

So today the stock has traded below the last funds were raised at - how much lower will it go?

Has it got a company shell value?

Give this a wide berth UKD - I only post here to warn others as I have seen what the directors have done for many years, milked mugs and PI`s while they taken decent drawings and expenses.

Just look at the history and games like the LoI stunt they pulled.

It would not surprise me that part of the £100k less expenses I dare say, go towards liquidating the company before long, so it can be sold to the management but DYOR.

Good call on this CT you persuaded me not to buy any at 0.05p. I wonder if it has reached a point though where it could be worth a cheeky £500-1000 and hope they do something to give their £100,000 mates a favour and go along for the ride? 0.027p to buy, if they try and pump it early next year we could go along for the ride and maybe offload at 0.05p?

It seems not this time tomboyb - nothing in the RNS to suggest they did. Why would they if they get away with not doing so.

What a carry-on they got another £100k for 500,000,000 shares and I am sure they are more than happy to see some idiots buying them up leave the fund provider with another profit.

Admission expected on 19.12.18 - I bet they hope that suckers will be giving them the money before then.

1,262,221,134 shares - cheaper than loo paper per sheet.

Dead dog still twitching - Is it the fleas cauing the skin to move or a possible shell in the process of being constructed - In either case potentially toxic- imo -
Wrong product - terrible marketing - management failure - A serial cash destroyer.

Do you not think that share price Angel advised Northland of the companies they would like to continue to represent prior to the merger?

You can live in hope as all the others must have done that put up funds over the years - not much left is there?

Can you really see any Nomad taking this on?

clocktower

Not PSL`s fault at all. Northland were the company Nomad but lost their NOMAD status when they merged with share price Angel. I`m not defending the company for losing so much of shareholders hard earned money. Of course the responsibility largely lies with the CEO. However there is still some hope things can be turned around.

No, nothing like that at all. No need to guess when the RNS spelt out what's happened.

Eurasia (EUA) shares traded at over 250p in 1997, relative to their 25-30p level today. The market for platinum and palladium is very healthy and with the backing of Anglo the group could deliver a handsome return for shareholders over the longer run. But the Urals region is not without its risks and hazards. One for the speculative investor only. https://citywire.co.uk/funds-insider/news/eurasia-mining-secures-2-million-for-precious-metals-developments/a206356 ARTICLE FROM 2000 ! ................ LOTS WILL BE FILLING THERE BOOTS WITH EUA WHICH COULD 2 BAG FOR STARTERS !!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL
