Mere coincidence…

Dr Peter McCullough: "Before the Covid jabs, 4 in a million Myocarditis cases,

afterwards, 25,000 in a million....Myocarditis at this point in time is due to the

Covid jabs until proven otherwise."

Well that's been quite a week.

Back from a, very, wet holiday :-(

Stock market volatility that makes a roller coaster seem tame in comparison.

Politically speaking it has been...interesting! I would give my thoughts on the current incumbents but I'd, rightly be accused of breaking both of my own off-topic AND bad language rules at the one time ;-)

And PHAR? Fairly steady, unlike most other things in the financial world. Excellent to see Mr Radoff upping his stake, let's hope he can help shake things up here sooner rather than later.

An hour to wait until the bar opens, dearie me.

Have a splendid weekend all

@jamessmithPT_

So it turns out “get vaccinated to save other people” was a farce.

I think I owe a lot of people an apology.

I genuinely thought I could trust the ‘experts’. I’m very disappointed to have been hoodwinked by the propaganda of 2020.

ref. the adverse reactions & deaths from the jabs.

"Our world in data" indicates that 68.2% of the global pop'n has had at least one vax (that's c. 5.5 Bn souls). It also indicates 12.8 Bn doses have been administered, which means the average number of shots per person is c. 2.3.

Assuming the estimated 2.2Bn adverse reactions is even close to correct, that's 40% of everyone jabbed. (of course, some people could have had more than one adverse reaction, so the number/% of people having adverse reactions is almost certainly much less than this.

The 20 Mn deaths represents around 0.37% (this represent the true number/% since people can only die once.!!). Worldometers website suggests Covid itself has caused only 6.5 Mn deaths (mostly among the elderly/co-morbid of course).

So it appears that the jab have caused mor than three times as many as died from covid itself.... and that's just so far. Many people jabbed are likely to die prematurely.

Going back to the "our world in data"..
84% of high income countries have been jabbed,
80% of upper middle income,
64% of lower middle income,
but just 23% of lower income countries.

If this doesn't tell you that the upper/middle income countries have been directly targeted for depopulation... and these are the sections of the population that consume "most" of the worlds energy/oil/resources.

Clearly, the low income populations are being preserved to "serve" the elite after the Great Reset has been completed.

Jann probably still hasn’t figured out who Radoff is yet. Probably thinks it’s some1 buying in because of fantastic job she and ladies are doing. I’m fed up with languishing share price here- Let’s hope he sticks a rocket up their ass.

It has been too easy for Jann for too long. I suspect things will now start to change... I suspect she now knows she is on notice...Given the fact that they said they are talking to multiple farm-in partners about blocks 125/126, I'm hopeful something will come to pass... A well needs to be drilled on 125/126 as per the terms of the licence. Luckily we are working on Petro-Vietnam (not PHAR).The dividend has been RNSed and the basis of calculation has been communicated to the market. If they back track on that the market will pummel us!

All lining up nicely Al.

Am not sure of the likelihood of drilling in 2023 but if there is a hint of a partner for 125 then that might help things along. Similarly, unless the recent holder forces a change or expressed dissent, the dividend will remain a distant dream. But, Jann will likely now start to get her act together since the insouciance of the past few years might be coming to an end. When she declared hitting the ground running she had in fact missed the ground and sent Pharos into a bottomless pit. The odd laughable InvestorMeet presentation will no longer be deemed sufficient I firmly suspect.

"Accordingly, the outlook for Pharos is probably better than it has ever been over the past few years."----100% Yas! Totally agree! I don't think I've felt this positive about Snyder since around the time of the rumours of mergers with Kuwait Oil and OPHR Energy 5+ years ago! The OPEC Cute and the high oil price has given us very nice tail winds and we should be debt free early next year. The hedges are winding down, the small buy back is ongoing and dividend is resuming. Activist Yankee building a stake is just the icing on the cake. There should be some interest from traders before the exploration well H2 2023...

Nigel

Yeah those Kurdi oilies are looking interesting. Genel seems to be in a massive rut though.

Also looking at Serica and keep a cursory eye on Harbour :)

Not up to much myself at the moment bar looking for a re-entry into Tesla!
And offloading my Shell.

Reading Radoff's letters to Vaalco must have left Jann quaking in her boots.

Given several of the notifiable holders seem not to care what has and is happening to their holdings, I reckon if he were to approach them one or more may agree to sell to him - that will enable him to acquire a sufficient amount to force a change at the helm.

Accordingly, the outlook for Pharos is probably better than it has ever been over the past few years.

Can't see a low offer being accepted. That will derail the gravy train (keep in mind Jann will be unemployed & unemployable). Can't see any new owners keeping her on (given her performance over past 6-7 years)...Not going to look great on Jann if she sells at less than 45p if the share price was 145p when she joined the company that's a 70% drop. Also , a large proportion of the shares are tightly held by certain HNWI and they would have to agree to any sale.

Agreed.
What other "cheap Oilies" are you looking at out of interest?
Assuming this gets a low ball bid of course.
With "cable" at its lows now is as good a time as any.

I think the problem that our new friend will face is liquidity. The average daily trading volume over the past few weeks is less than 250k shares or just over £50,000 (in some cases less than 100k shares)! Even a PI will struggle to buy or sell in that sort of liquidity. He should try and entice some shares off the hands of the heirs who inherited some Snyder shares from mama and papa so we can cut to the chase and get to the good part...

Wonderful news regarding the new holder - think it might be time for Jann to reconsider the 'work from home' she is so committed to..

Chuckle chuckle.

Expect changes - correlation of performance to ESG drivel will no longer cut it.

Agree 100% OiA and not wanting to count chickens but "whatever" happens here, the "management" will still get their completely unchallenging LTIPS - which kind of sticks in one's throat a bit!

"sure OilinvestorAl, you and Yasx could help Mr.Radoff write letter to Phar board highlighting below par job done rofl."-----------LOL Ark! Based on what I've read about him, he doesn't seem to need any help from anyone! He seems to be a direct / straight talker who can see right through any corporate bull Kaka... Blind Freddy can see the amount capital destruction that has taken place over the past few years. Remember this was once one of the revered oil companies listed in London (with £1.5 billion MC & nearly a quarter of a billion dollars in cash and no debt). I for one welcome his involvement in this company and can't wait to see him take his board seat!
