Just filter jimi. If we all do that, he'll get bored and Fork off! I feel sorry for him because he seems to be stuck in 2020 with no way of getting out. The ukip thread on ADVFN is missing an idiot ...

It's really disappointing that a handful of people are spoiling it for everybody on the COVID board by posting about Pharos.

Please stop it now........

I'm bored so I'll humour you ... Not going to respond ? LOL ! It was you who started responding after I've literally ignored for days ! You can't help yourself! You add nothing ! How long before we get a copy & paste of your NAV calculations gain for dollars / flowing bbl and reserves (naturally all incorrectly calculated off course)! Should've focused in math class! Don't worry about my portfolio and just focus on abusing the TRIN management the same way you did to OPHR (we go back along way LOL)! I'm sensing a pattern here ! LMAO Do you want me to copy and paste the message where you asked to email LSE to reverse the ban? Happy to oblige (wink)

Mr Pharcical doesn't give it a rest - To paraphrase per Oily " I am asking questions about debt to entice investors in so I can sell for a small profit" - does OilInvestorAL split time between QAnon and ADVFN... WOW what an adult :) :)

I am still invested Oily.

I was a bit hot headed post the investor presentation and assumed 25c of every dollar above $75 oil rather than a flat 0.25p - re Calcs being awry it would appear the pot is calling the kettle black ... Oily couldn't divide correctly capex for the year between H1 and H2 ;);) I was giving Oily the benefit of the doubt but he is being immature and sanctimonious / smug yet again.. grow-up Oily :)

Also found it a bit odd / not logical to assert that existing investors are happy but given good performance and juicy low price not thinking it prudent to add more shares? Really?

Like you I asked a few questions that were totally ignored.

I must admit I had a chuckle when the question about the “excellent management team” was asked. It must have been a plant….

At least they answered our long standing question about why institutions and HWNI shareholders haven’t done anything about the shambolic performance. Bottom line is they are happy and they see no reason to change.

As for the net debt point. I could see right through Ash’s waffle. He was trying to entice new buyers by his bad math & ramping. I assume he has reduced his holding as he seems to have gone nuclear against management and the caps lock has been exercised. Even Auctus are projecting a net debt of approximately 18-20 million at year end.

One of the other highlights from the presentation was when Mo tried to bring up a graph to show how much value value IPR have added! You literally needed a magnifying glass to see the increase in production…

I expect more of the same going forward. Hopefully with a bit of luck we can get a jump in share price that will allow some of us to exit ….

The one that particularly annoyed me was the one that reeked of schadenfreude on the morning of the JSE oil leak when he proudly proclaimed that those buying PHARcical at 22p would do much better than those topping up Jadestone at 80p! Well since that unfortunate post Jadestone has fallen by a further 11% but PHARcical has fallen by nearly 20% ...Jim Cramer would be proud

This was the other recent gem...

---------------------------
I'm therefore interested to note that whilst Pharos is up a modest 20% or so over the last year, Jadestone has actually fallen

--------------------------

Actually, Pharos is down on a one year view. Year to date, the performance is even worse - it started the year at 26p and is now hovering around 18p.

Only Jann and Duke of Kent think the performance is admirable.

What would be a real statement of intent and putting money where mouth is: is buying 1 million + shares (each) by our BOD of multimillionaires. Obviously that would be in addition to the small beer that Sue is buying every month for a few grand..

A couple of months ago the Duke of Kent stated:
----------------------------------------------
"Of course, the company [ Pharos] would argue that the share price is materially undervalued - but then they (and I) have thought that for the last three and a half years. Feels as if (finally!) a rerating may be on the cards"

---------------------------------------------

That is the point - everything he thinks will happen does not, and that he thinks won't happen, certainly does. Both here and at Global Pet., the only two stocks he holds.

There comes a point at which he ought to accept investing is not for him. Some people are just utterly hopeless.....

If he wants to go from rags to riches, the sensible thing to do would be to short his own ideas!! Chuckle chuckle....

"No one here has given a reason for the current 6000 deaths per month above the average in england and wales"

One reason for that might be that readers are here to discuss Pharos, not the impact of vaccines on health generally.

As I say I was under the impression (unless they got rid of it) the BOD used to have to buy the equivalent of 2 years salary in shares on open market as part of their contracts. I know of a lot of others that have similar requirements. Perhaps this has changed but if not, a very sensible term of employment.
All IMHO and DYOR.
