A must watch...... John Bowe documentary shows the truth

Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion (2022) | Oracle Films | News Uncut
135,295 views Premiered Sep 28, 2022

Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion shines a light on Covid-19 vaccine injuries and bereavements, but also to takes an encompassing look at the systemic failings that appear to have enabled them. We look at leading analysis of pharmaceutical trials, the role of the MHRA in regulating these products, the role of the SAGE behavioural scientists in influencing policy and the role of the media and Big Tech companies in suppressing free and open debate on the subject.

Agree with step - all they need to show is :

Name
Previous holding (shares and %)
New Holding (shares and %)

but to answer the question they have moved from anything 0-3% to over 3%.

I thought it was fairly straightforward, so I am probably under-thinking things :-)

Looks to me that the current holding is a whisker over 3%. The previous notification was zero. So they've bought enough to take them from whatever they had previously below the 3% notification limit to take them above the notifiable limit. Obviously this could be anything up to about 3%...but, whatever way you shake it, they've added to their holding.

That's my take on it anyway, I'd be happy for anoyone that knows differently to correct me ;-)

I do agree that the forms are often unecessarily complicated and could easily be improved upon...

Those forms are hilarious. I can never tell whether someone's bought or sold! I am pretty certain they could be simplified, or at least provide an executive summary at the top with all the technical requirements below.

ashkv, pack it in will you please. The board isn't for your personal bickering and it's you who is the recent attendee. Just stick to matters bearing some relation to Pharos, that's what others are here to consider news and views about. Many thanks. :-)

Slowly but surly the underlying fundamentals seem to be improving ... here's hoping at long last (many years after I'd initially hoped for), we are finally turning a corner and the share price starts to respond! Long suffering shareholders here have shown the patience of Shaolin Monks!

OilinvestorAL You have now been filtered - you can go on railing against me.. not going to affect my life...don't wish to consume an Iota on this non value add exchange..

If folks wish to attribute value to my posts good for them if not good for them too...

Good luck and godspeed (you need it).

"PHAR management has been buying on the open market for quite some time..."----Ashkv Nope wrong again. It was an agreed monthly purchase as part of a salary sacrifice scheme using trading plans entered into by executive Directors in April. Now they have started buying using their own money not just the monthly trading plan ! BIG difference! Like I said , a little bit of research goes a long way ...

Much better ... glad to see the question about lack of director buys in recent times during last week's webinar has spurred them into dipping their hands into their piggy banks.. Now if Marianne, Lisa and good old Geoffrey could do the same, it'd be much appreciate ... Ta
