You also seem to have turned against the Pharos management team on a whim and very suddenly! Only a few days ago you were singing their praises and wrote (I quote) "At present I like PHAR management as they are returning cash to investors and are putting their own money behind the firm"! That "liking" of management team lasted about 5 days LOL!

Ashkv: "70p- please point me to where I communicated the same? I don't recall doing so..."------You probably didn't realise or notice it because you were copying a huge volume of posts from another bulletin board but the specific post in question is the one titled "From another board".Where you refer to the "10% dividend" that you are unlikely to see and the "Target price 70p" that you will also not be a shareholder long enough to see...May be you didn't read the post before you posted it on here (which would explain things"...

" I knew you wouldn’t hang around to see the 70p you were boldly waiving around a few days ago but I honestly expected you to last longer than a week LOL! "

70p - please point me to where I communicated the same? I don't recall doing so...

I will likely hang around a bit as I expect share price to rebound in the next 1-2 weeks but PHAR is now one of my short term holds.. not a long termer for me..

Very cheap share but got the impression management couldn't be bothered to do a road show for a bond rather than this crazy RBL which in effect has had an usurious interest rate...

ASHKV:"I might sell out as I am not enthused that management have fire in them - lifestyle company with CEO, CFO sitting at home and enjoying a nice paycheck for a few hours of low stress work..."----------LOL... Please refer to post #7794 . I knew you wouldn't hang around to see the 70p you were boldly waiving around a few days ago but I honestly expected you to last longer than a week LOL! For what it's worth Ash, I agree with you ! The management are too comfortable and now that they have the backing of the longterm shareholders don't give a flying fork about the plebs....

Question about working form home was "tongue in cheeck" - as an ex investment professional who worked on a trading floor... I can't fathom how working from home can be as value added / beneficial.... It is a gift for those in the position of CEO and CFO - akin to having cake and eating it...

I asked a question given the share price performance, generous CEO salary, only $3mn buyback is it fair to shareholders to allocate to an emissions fund that creates no tangible shareholder value...

I might sell out as I am not enthused that management have fire in them - lifestyle company with CEO, CFO sitting at home and enjoying a nice paycheck for a few hours of low stress work...

Many other compelling value propositions in the E&P space...

Does the guy have nothing better to do other than blather on about a share he doesn't own - whacko... nothing of value... just a sanctimonious no nothing posing as an investing guru... love these boards.

Also what the heck is this Emissions fund - at current production of 7500 bpd that is $1.75mn a year - are they insane... give me my money and if I desire so will put towards the environment... stealing from share holders..

"Support emissions management
projects in line with our climate goals
• For every barrel sold at an oil price
above $75, $0.25 will be set aside
for this Fund"

Still working from home - so unprofessional for the CFO to be attending investor meeting in a room with baggage on top of a cupboard - GET BACK TO THE OFFICE!! DISGRACE!!!

They may delay NBS exploration well in Egypt from Q4 this year and move it to 2023! Siiiigh.... It's not like Snyder to delay operations or continually move things from 1 year and onto the next ....

What are the odds that the councillor tries to ask about the blue sky exploration stuff to tease out some positivity from the sh1t storm ? My money is that he will ask! Do you know what he won't ask about ? The fact that Egypt isn't paying us for production!

CWA, the major shareholders all seem to be perfectly happy with this performance since useless Jann remains firm at the helm. As long as nothing changes there this company is a dead cat with once in a while a dead cat s bounce which provides an opportunity to exit. I am waiting for the next one to fully exit (unless the unimaginable happens).
About the promised dividend, as Yas mentioned, hold your horses. Longer term shareholders know what a promise from Jann means...

I think your memory is letting you down. The equity raise was at 19.25p, not 10p.

Finally, I thought I would sit down and tune into the funeral. I checked the date and rather than accepting it I decided to apply the 'Empty formula' (readers know the one, divide 12 by 3, multiply by four, add four quarters, divide by Q3, multiply by July/August) - in the end I have concluded it must be next month.

Thanks sonny.....

Honestly it is incorrect on every other parameter EE could have chosen except for thzt specific 6 month period, somewhat coincidentally (ahem).
He is just too bloody emotionally attached to the phar management and has lost massively and had he recognised that a long time ago and invested elsewhere would have been far better off. Simple.

----------------------------

Indeed. Simple, a bit like the dud from Kent.

This board really is alot weaker absent Emptyend.

------------------------------

So too is my short portfolio - he really was the gift that kept giving to shorters with one egregious long call after another, year in year out. Anyone shorting his long calls will certainly be missing his guff.

I wonder if you’ll still be around to see the Auctus price that you’re waving around?

They certainly won't Al, not least because it will never get to the target espoused by Auctus, at least not with Jann at the helm. She does an admirable job at accelerating backwards...

"I was up 100% plus on my 30p buy... And sold out at a 90% haircut as I wanted out"

No wonder you are reposting content from another board, that's the kind of performance that the noted individual has done his best to foster in others for years. He'd be proud of you!

-----------------------------------

That had me chuckling for several minutes. The sad part is that it is true - that is the performance displayed by a typical follower of the dud from Kent.
