I think PetroTal can just stay out of area, as its some distance south from Bretana, away from operations. When locals get conservation area they can maybe explore Blanco and Tapiche basins more, as IMO demands from locals seem very reasonable, but interest I think in next few years is moving to block 107 rather than block 95.
