Well well well...guess who's back...natlatas back!While silly billy dictator steelwatch and multimillionaire dbarron in downward market brainwashed the other thread with excuses and new articles on oil, the reality is production just hasn't grown enough...regardless of what is going on with the oil market and share price...where are these work over results...delayed imo (yes there was no deadline but it doesn't take nearly two months to do this!) it's delayed. The silent partner has roared again...it's a double edged sword...one they accumulated cheaply and the board didn't react until December 15, low ball bid possible? Two it could trigger the changes needed, most importantly hopefully sone clarity though natlata will now need to open up...what's its intention going forward?Interesting times, gd luck all imo dyor

Natlata are back! Issues requisition for EGM to @PetroNeft Proposes 4 directors go, replaced by 3 new ones.

Natlata say that @petroneft have burned through $45m since OIL farm out to see share of production virtually half, shareprice down 60%

Natlata says that @PetroNeft management have no-one else to blame for the continued poor performance of the Company. Clearly time for change

Well Steel is the censor of the other BB and does not tolerate dissent from the dictated line set by the old boys who are the long serving members of the BOD.Sadly the PTR website cannot update even their ages in a timely manner .This is just like the way the company performs in a slow and unpredictable manner.VGLTA

guys there is a very large shareholder here who basically calls all the shots, so a vote on the board is pointless

I have been a JKX follower and come lately to PTR. Many similarities here, it seems - a moribund board and massive underperformance. I voted in favour of kicking out the board at JKX and, if we ever get the chance with PTR, I expect that I would do the same too. It does seem as though they have been there for a long time and been very long on promises and short on delivery.

Been away from this thread for a while - my PTR shares resolutely rooted to the floor. And nothing has changed at all, just got worse. So does anyone think that a JKX-style board clear out could work for PTR?

RavSteel,Db and other fans of the old BOD get upset at the slightest criticism of how PTR is being managed. The current share price is how the market rates their efforts.I do hope for a bid from Natlata and have no real price in mind .Hoping for a big premium to current levels but being realistic that anything over 4p looks like a fair premium unless our BOD turn up something outstanding in the near future.No doubt Steel and Db are busy buying up the stock at its current lowly levels and would also welcome a Natlata move.VGLTA
