Adejuk,

Give me another stock like Petrofac to day trade as I don't think I can make money on this every day.

I need something trading on the bottom like Petrofac but going up and down all the time.

Gracie mille.

this ones got no legs..........

You only need to look at UEN production over 2000 bpd
dividend yield 7%
reserves about 100 mill barrels
drilling for extra capacity
little or no debt
owns its own refinary
m-cap only £7.5 mill

work that one out

lol, we are all different on how this game affects us. Bgt at 404, don't really care how it bob's about for the next few days (though hoping this resistance point holds). Will hold and watch, and also sleep well - it's only money! Looking for at least 460, might take a week, might take 6 months. Still better return than the bank!

The real share price is certainly not 800p anymore. The forecasts are for decling earnings over the coming two years. Realistic share price is around 550-650 max at the moment.

Bouleversee.

You are thinking long term and to me,that is an unacceptable risk.

A small profit on a day trade has the advantage that I sleep that night with all my money safely out and tomorrow is another day.

There is no guarantee that the shorters won't succeed in pushing this below 400.

You can not fight the shorters but you can run with them.

I am hoping to sell at 410 or more this morning for a modest profit.

Anything below 410 is a Strong Buy. The real share price of PFC is around 800p.
Only the uncertainty made it lose more than 50%.
Once all is clear it will very revisit 750p - 900p.

It's certainly worth buying IMHO but how can the share price go up and stay up if you lot sell every time it goes up a couple of pence, sending it back down again? Buy and hold if you want to get the better of the shorters.

Bgt in too. Anyone know why there is no stamp duty on this share (registered in US?).

Makes it a good share to trade, anyhow

I have bought some at 404 or so. I will hope to sell them during the day for a small profit. It could go pear shaped but that is life.

I noticed fellow oil services stocks (hunting and wood group)have gained £1plus since September but Petrofac has slightly dipped now that’s just not right especially in Htg after there results. Strange how the market works at times.good results stock goes down, improvement in losses stock up lol🤠

Don't get over-excited - the share price fall here just mirroring general across-the-board drop Stateside - currently recovering a bit.
