They had to update because the share price had lost touch with reality. There will be a significant D4E plus a capital raise. This is going to be very dilutive. How dilutive depends on D4E price but Log and JN will now have the champagne on ice.

It's disappointing that the sale of non core assets appears to be progressing so slowly.

I'm nervous about the wording re Performance Guarantees, hopefully just being paranoid.

And what does

All options remain under consideration mean?

Range from full sale, sale of core UK or Administration?

The imminent critical cash flow hurdles are

Paying off $130m RCF/TL in April but the banks are likely to allow a bit of leeway to avoid wind up and pari passu with Bonds

Paying $30m interest to Bonds in May. Will default and pay PIKs

My principle concern remains that they start losing the backlog because unable to secure performance guarantees.
