As per the photo above, they have a ceremonial box which will 'receive' the 22 company bids (hence 'submission of bids' into the ceremonial box). They will then open the bids today and select the winners (based on the lowest renumeration percentage bid). It wont be a long multi-month process. Winners are being selected today. | kdickson | |
