Pet may well have a JV agreement in place with a GLOBAL, that will only come to light following Monday RNS. Because the announcement will only cover the naming of the Global.

Most of the Bids will be a shot in the Dark, Whereas Pet have had Former Oil Ministry advice as to what a successful bid should look like, plus Pet are not an INTERLOPER, Pet have a Distinguished Reputation in Iraq over 30 Years.

I am confident of at least 1 contract/licence, maybe even 2. Hopefully a Production licence, you never know.

Goggin, I believe 'submission if bids' is a term used for the actual ceremony.
As per the photo above, they have a ceremonial box which will 'receive' the 22 company bids (hence 'submission of bids' into the ceremonial box). They will then open the bids today and select the winners (based on the lowest renumeration percentage bid).

It wont be a long multi-month process. Winners are being selected today.
