USA are positioned in Iraq to secure their supply of the OIL that is there, 4th biggest KNOWN reserves, USA are not walking away anytime soon.

Pet is waiting for any crumbs that fall from the KINGS table, those crumbs are worth Billions of Dollars. A risk well worth taking in my humble opinion. Punt Money

I dont think your Iraq dreams are going to come true anytime soon.War is coming, and they're trying to expel the very army who are there to try and keep some form of civil peace. Once the US troops are out, you can kiss goodbye to any hopes of exploration or production in Iraq for outside companies.

According to lse co uk - the trades are reported and deleted (hence same timing for both lots). Seems a bit pointless but one is to record 500k the other is to delete it. The two trades are 27th dec and 3rd Jan - this is pretty much well outside regs so presumably someones f'up - could potentially be manipulation to get the warrants away at a better price, who knows

Apotheki... I noticed that the times of these 4x 500K trades could only relate to previous days, and considering that the stated trade price was 3p, did all of this happen at the time the price was around the 3p mark a week or so ago, and only reportede today ? Just wondering how this works

Let's not get ahead of ourselves with over optimistic statements.

We are indeed in with a very realistic  chance of winning the Merjan licence (millions, not billions of barrels btw).

I agree, if we won Merjan, price would certainly reach the £1 mark as a minimum within days (not sure £2 is a certainty in the short term but likely  £2+ when developed over a couple of years say).

In terms of timescales, bid submissions for both LR5+ and LR6 will be open until around mid-March with winning bids being selected shortly after that apparently (from a very reliable source).

Just saying the above to keep people's expectations real and no-one over commits too early.

No those 4 x 500,000 trades are NOT rollovers but further recently exercised warrants now shares being put by the MMs into safe hands.

The date of Licence granting is irrelevant to the Big picture, the only picture Investors should be interested in right now is PET current price.


Licences WILL BE GIVEN at some time soon, then any COMPANY BEING LUCKY BAGS, ENORMOUSLY.

Pet is a great punt at this price, not sure about £5 being reached, but £2 + is a nailed on Certainty if PET get a licence. BILLIONS OF BARRELS will be the prize in an ESTABLISHED OIL FIELD, remember that, THIS is an established proven OIL FIELD

Best punt EVER. If PET gets lucky, with 22 karat RNS it makes a number of Millionaires, instantly.

Risky thats like saying Brits aren't travelling to Poland because of the war in Ukraine so I am sure he will travel there when needed! Bigbudda any info from next Wednesday would be welcome although I doubt they will be able share anything groundbreaking even if they wanted to.
