The Chairman Elect
26 Oct '22 - 15:00 - 20686 of 20687

"the good news is that the company now have the money."

That's good for what exactly ?

Year Ended 31 Dec 21

Net Cash used in Operating Activities € 241,000

They literally need to "raise GBP250,000 (before expenses)"
every year to do the same as last year....

i.e. nothing

So for the Directors, this is the polar opposite of retirement...

They spend their prime working years doing sweet FA, at shareholders expense, but now in their twilight years, when they should be taking it easy - they are about to actually do some work?

Basically Ianio5691 as with any so called bucket shop placing the shares always get forward sold which clearly creates some volatility with increased volumes traded.

At the end of the day all of this is just noise as the good news is that the company now have the money.

If you believe as I do that after a long time that the company under pressure from the NOMAD might finally get it together then BUY on any short term dips for that extremely lucrative potential pay day!

If however you believe that the company managed to blag the money from the bucket shop for one last time then sell!

Of course accompanied by meaningless sop about talking to the IRAQIS about some license they say they have. Its nonsense.

So the La La's were happy that the "directors participated"

But did they notice ...

Name No of Placing Resultant Shareholding % of Enlarge
Shares Issued Share Capital
John Teeling 833,333 21,919,871 12.32
James Finn 833,333 13,618,718 7.66

Both of them took a dilution to their holdings , taking 4% of the issuance
not
8.67% Finn before the issuance
not
13.43% Teeling before the issuance

So before clapping yourselves on the back and justifying something must be happening
because the directors -Who stand to gain from the company not going bust
as they accrue salary , get their expenses paid , share admin expenses of the other
companies that do pay them a salary (economies of scale) - have bought in

ask yourselves why they - the best informed were quite happy to reduce their share
of the company ?

If they with all the attendant benefits are happy to reduce their stake what does that
say for anyone else ?

So just another unexplained brief rally to unload some mates rates placing shares then...

Every time the share price spikes a little the decades old claptrap gets rolled out.
Maybe this time....

Some get suckered every time .

Best to disregard the shennagians of AIM the companies on it promise much but produce nothing or little.

yeah, anyone who had a short open since 3-4p closing into volume. Same cycle each time - the company through lack of action/f'k ups, facilitates a naked shorting process. Still at least it means there is always a demand for stock to cover shorts hence perpetual placements without too many questions asked to the 'interested' parties

The directors did throw in £10k each to this fund round....but questions have to be asked - they won't be, but should be

Why is it that 14m shares have traded hands and the stock hasn't even been released yet:

An application will be made for the admission of the Placing Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 27th October 2022 ("Admission").
