As we all know the free float is pretty small here so the peaks and troughs aren't anything unusual. I just regret buying at 4p rather than 2 ;-)

Besides, everyone knows their out of cash and need money to keep the lights on. With a little bit of buying its just too tempting. I am guessing they will raise just over 1 million GBP so they need to pre sell say 20 million to do it.

"Iraqi oil shipments are capped at 3.8 million bpd in June and 3.85 million bpd in July," he added.
