Peel Hunt said the lower cash flow target was still in line with their base case estimates and retained their 'buy' rating and 18p price target on the Petra.The analysts said they thought the market was placing "little value on the benefits of Project 2022", Petra's strategy to increase its net free cash flow to around US$200mln over the next three years to cut its debt pile, and that any sell-off in reaction to the revised cashflow target should be seen as a "buying opportunity".

Agreed, the last think the diamond market needed was this Corona virus outbreak which will seriously damage most company's revenue this year. Only a few weeks ago things looked much more positive but it will be short lived I hope.

bad results with too much debt, creditors would rather seek it out unless they raise capital to pay off debt and balance the books.

Indeed, we need a sustained recovery in diamond prices... at least cash flow covered for next 12 months... it's risky but at these levels could see a decent return when prices turn... (another big blue stone would help too...)
