Hi Spawny, I don't hold shares but I do know the business and I think you've invested wisely. To summarise, they are essentially an insurer wrapped in an employee benefits cloak. They have an employee interface/platform called Hapi which hosts an array of products such as retail discounts, salary sacrifice, flex, health and wellbeing etc. They also have a subsidiary called Lets Connect which offers home technology programs to clients such as Royal Mail. They go in to businesses and engage with employees to offer hospital plans on a one to one basis and this is their core and highly profitable. The new CEO is well regarded and the business has weathered the Covid storm exceptionally well...expect some announcements over the coming months. Hope this helps.

Yeah, same here. Got these in the summer @ 2.70 to add to my income portfolio. I used to use them at my old workplace and liked the recovery story. One of my better picks so far. Got my first divi off them this morning, nice...

Bought a few of these on a whim a few months back after I saw them mentioned in an article maybe in Motley Fool. Not entirely sure what they do as haven't researched yet. Wish all my punts went like that!

Its the insurance services where the real money is made Partners with Sage, The headteachers association and health authorities means access to higher paid paid potential clients is possible The pandemic has also prompted a faster digitization of the business reducing costs. Although the lack of growth last year will mean flat at best sales this year, the foundations for next year are looking solid

Interims on Tuesday- let's see if these new contracts and the recruitment drive for field advisors is making an impact. The chip shortage wont have helped but the diversification into fitness products and outdoor equipment were shrewd moves,

Adding up the last 10 yrs dividends comes to about £2.
This is an unusually high yielding company for an AIM listing , which has caught me out before , but seems like a safe haven. Acquired some in March @ 251 ; looks like sit on hands time to me?

Other than a few new client wins and possible acquisition along the way then I don't think much will be happening here until they're able to get back in to their customers' premises. That said, they are good solid business so well placed to weather the storm.

Nothing new compared to the last trading update?They were quiet about insurance sales volumes. Guessing it hasn't picked up. That's the key - needs to pick up as it is the key revenue and profit driver for the business.

Should be over 4 pounds by Christmas with all the new customers and sme's coming on board and Covid problems reducing and as long as the dividend is maintained as a share holder I would have prefered some consultation on the change to six monthly but just the write time to create a share incentive scheme for the directors
