I'm buying some more. Have been buying in small lots from 30p and it is the best performer in my portfolio.

Got similar feedback, from contact at Pendragon management as Lamanga, that sales were holding up better than expected, finance secure and Director's confident that they would make money on their buys.

News about Petchey encouraging.

It's good to see some stake-building but I would be surprised if it takes an activist investor to force the directors into action. Property sale-&-leasebacks have been part of their game for some time, and disposals and acquisitions too (I don't remember a merger though). An activist investor will no doubt help to concentrate their minds, but no action is better than doing the wrong thing!

SO PENDRAGON BOUNCING OFF UPWARD RESISTANCE LEVELS FOR NOW AND THE NEWSLETTER THAT RECOMMENDED IT TO ME NOW SAYING A SPECULATIVE Buy. Fingers crossed that they do not go private .But good news that Loyds have a holding so less fear of that Happening. All this does test our patience though. Still holding on for now.
