10/11/2022 08:32 | Thats probably it. It came in about 3M then 5M and ended the at 5.3M after hours. I checked other sources and there was no corresponding numbers anywhere else. | p1nkfish
10/11/2022 07:16 | I checked Bloomberg's time and sales data, there was no volume on that day you saw 5m, must have been a Yahoo bug. | gdjs100
08/11/2022 23:39 | Something doesn't add up. I think we might be due an RNS that could explain. Pure speculation on my part but I don't fully get today's supposed zero volume print. One thing that might have spooked over the pastbfew months, outside of the debt, was the necessary inventory build to mitigate supply chain issues & boredom of smaller holders. Today is shown as zero volume but yahoo suggests > 5M changed hands. I don't trust yahoo but I don't trust the zero print either. | p1nkfish
08/11/2022 22:15 | Price is just being set by marginal sellers on tiny volume. They have halved over the past six months on less than £250k traded in total.Debt costs will have increased by £200k being at 3% over LIBOR, but that is offset by the savings from David Dewhurst's salary.Going to sleep until the next trading update. | gdjs100
08/11/2022 21:56 | This company generates buckets of cash and unless there is a significant deterioration in trading I'd be amazed if it went bust. I think I'll double my money on these in time. | arthur_lame_stocks
01/11/2022 15:44 | This is still on my watch list so I popped in to if the situation has improved. It's worse. It has about £6.5M net debt and increasing with rising interest. Cash about 800k and revenue the same as 2016. Looks ready for a fund raise or bankruptcy. There are better places to put your money. | melton john
30/10/2022 13:09 | I bought back into these the other day in a small way with a view to adding more as and when cash allows, having previously sold out at about 13p. The last set of results weren't great but this probably reflects the ramp up in costs for new product development which will hopefully feed through into high profits in the future and I was disappointed in the rise in net debt but the company reiterated full year guidance so hopefully it will come down in the second half. I still think this will get sold for 20p plus at some point. | arthur_lame_stocks
27/8/2022 18:29 | Don't get too despondent. We've been down here before and the product has since morphed into a better offering. It would be no surprise to wake-up one morning and find an opportunistic bid has been made at a decent premium. Ideally from a higher price than now though. Dewhurst salary+ was about £211K and 1/5th of the target debt pay down p.a. Thay money liberated going gorward. | p1nkfish
23/8/2022 18:15 | Thanks, post 231 edited to correct. | p1nkfish
23/8/2022 17:51 | *David DewhurstMy read on the news is similar. | gdjs100
23/8/2022 16:40 | David Dewhurst was recruited to help with M&A, reading the original RNS when he joined. A good chance he is going simply because M&A is off the table and PEB is smallfry compared to his previous roles. At least wage bill will fall. | p1nkfish
23/8/2022 16:28 | If they will not be acquiring they look good enough to be acquired. Eat or be eaten in this area. | p1nkfish
23/8/2022 13:00 | cfo resign will not be replacede good or bad? | ali47fish
02/8/2022 07:14 | Mixed TU. Full year supposedly on target, half is down on margin and rev. H2 must therefore be reasonable. | p1nkfish
20/7/2022 12:41 | Must admit, aside from the wider market malaise, I'm at a loss to understand the recent modest selling here following the Finals in May so am building up a short term position @10-10.5p ahead of what will hopefully be a H1 trading update within the next 10 days. GLA | gleach23
08/6/2022 13:39 | Bloomers are a customer. | p1nkfish
20/5/2022 07:25 | Spidey senses tingling for some reason. Either Peb move on someone or they are moved upon? They fill a gap in the offerings of some others in the market. Bulk-up or sell-up? | p1nkfish
17/5/2022 20:28 | News, 17/5/22, CNBC in mid-east. | p1nkfish
05/5/2022 18:54 | "I wonder if it's new hires or staff coming off Furlough?" I recall a previous trading update stating clearly that the company did not make use of furlough, and did not have any redundancies. | tom_mansfield
05/5/2022 18:46 | Thanks p1nkfish, I've been at work all day and haven't had time to read the accounts properly yet. | arthur_lame_stocks
05/5/2022 18:23 | There was a headcount increase. | p1nkfish
05/5/2022 18:05 | I wonder if it's new hires or staff coming off Furlough? | arthur_lame_stocks
05/5/2022 08:29 | If we close above 14p, it's a breakout in my book. | p1nkfish
05/5/2022 08:17 | Nice one today from PEB. Tp of 20p is reiterated. f | fillipe |
