Bought another 25k earlier. I can't square up the number of shares but it looks like Dowgate were the buyer on Fri and have taken a 5.2% stake. Good to see the share price recover some ground.

the EBITDA has fallen by £1/2 million, the response of the co. is to reduce costs by £2m/year.

Can anyone explain/justify that ?

The co. surely can't sack any of its tech people since they are surely the lifeblood of this tech company

& it surely doesn't spend £2m/year on admin. staff

....which depts can take large layoffs without the capabilities of the co. being heavily affected ??

Obviously negatives with revenue and new product development slowdown.

However, the news with debt reduction and expenditure cuts is positive.

Ignore. Look at what they published as the holding spread. There will be lots of churn and loads of small holders.

I suspect things will change quickly when least expected.

Mopping up all the small holders wouldn't be a bad idea imho. A long tail at low value.
