Mr Bennett has owned since at least 2017 if you look back at previous RNS's. Bought around 2m shares since then and has recently gone past 3%

I think it's impossible to tell, all we know is that Mr & Mrs Bennett appear to have gone over the 3% threshold. They may have been accumulating for some time.

I find RNSs so difficult to read especially on my phone. Does this one say Mr & Mrs Bennett have just bought over 4 million shares ? Or did an existing holding increase to the number? Either way it does look like a vote of confidence.Cheers

well a couple of months on and the price sagged with the small cap and tech market,
but over the last week has been zipping up on not much volume.
as before with the stock so tightly held then it doesn;t take much to move the price.
with 2 heavy hitting NED's with acquisition experience on the board,
i'm looking forward to them announcing some deals this year.

All IMHO, DYOR + BoL

Repost an old post by someone else.

"The full report is also posted today. It shows Hawkins' last laugh at the expense of shareholders - total remuneration for the period from Jan. 1st to Feb 14th 2017 when he was given the boot

(45 days) was

£700,000.

i thought that was a great TU.

PEB is very unusual as a listed company to be able to show sales and profit growth and genuine CASH flow over an 8 year period. i think that makes their business valuable.

i feel that they are able to control their profits to a degree, i.e. they can decide how to allocate costs to a project and when to book income as % completed and thus there was no need for them to declare above expectations unless they have enough profit up their sleeve to show growth next year IMHO.

yes with the new CFO i think acquisitions are on the cards, though i think Kestrel might be more interested in supporting the current strategy. although debt have reduced significantly , its logical to assume that they will need to issue equity to complete a further acquisition. however i dont think this means that the price will be weak until the details of the acquisition are announced. i think as they do a roadshow for the fund raise (assumed), it will bring more investors to the table and of course post acquisition + fund raise (assumed), the higher MV (b/c more shares in issue) will bring to more people's radar as well.

so, i'm hopeful that despite their being likely more equity to be issued that when the acquisition is announced, it will be difficult to buy in volume at < 12p.

All IMHO, DYOR + BoL

No doubt some exit is in mind but might be a little early for full value. Fill the product portfolio to allow further geographic expansion in growth Markets, address the debt, throw off some cash for a year or two and this will be a multiple of today without too many problems imho. DYOR etc. Not a recommendation to buy. GLA.

Personally I think Kestrel are more likely to force a trade sale of the business to a larger player for a premium so they can exit with a profit. That seems to be the way they operate and that is the reason I bought in.

I must admit I sold some of my shares a while ago for about 12p as this was a larger investment for me and I got nervous about the balance sheet. I now have an average price of about 7 or 8p a share and hope to get back 20p plus.

Would not be surprised to see a fund raise for expansion and possibly clear the debt overhang. Any raise should also offer PI's opportunity to take part.

"The Board will now continue to seek ways to accelerate the required investment in new technology solutions. These are needed to allow us to access untapped geographic territories with innovative products that suit customer needs in those markets."

Yes very good, net debt has come down nearly £2m in the past year, a couple more years like that and the balance sheet will be a whole lot better and then the price should reflect the real value here hopefully.

PEB integrates with internet protocol (IP) at its core..
Choose your launch route etc. See OCEANs product.
Operator can decide how to deliver inc VOD.
Very, very flexible.

There is also a push to do more with less and be cloud capable. That is addressed too.

Struggle to see how PEB grows if the broadcast market is shrinking. Isn't there an exodus from live tv watching into VOD (netflix etc.) and YouTube? What am i missing?
