I see the dark side has decanted itself onto this thread again. How lovely.Firstly it talks about a target price.. I wouldn't be doing that,it talks about knowing vegetables..takes one to know one..then it starts trying to call people funny names. Please tell the good boys and girls here your thoughts on why you think shorting is a great idea on this share?

Smelgy and his/her acolytes should be directed to Spitalfields Market where they could be better employed sorting the onions.

Smelgys Mum and Cold Blow Lane both work for the shorters, the obvious trait of their posts is a bit embarrassing.

SSW = Smelgys Mum.

Boy the do come out of the woodwork !!!
These Shorters would go to any length to shake PI's faith in PAYS.
Yesterday the Market did not agree with you. Eh? Makes me laugh a bit at times.
You want to short, then short. You don't have to make a song and dance about it.

Well looking at today the market agrees with me where this is heading, jumping up and down and getting aggressive because you have made the wrong call is not very dignified. DYORATBSM

even on the short attack the shares didn't go below £2, so that post above is nonsense....management still have much to prove IMO, but on what the facts are in the market, from brokers, their nomad, their own RNSs etc etc I'm happy to hold on for the next deal and/or results to see which way it is swinging! as it were

Kuss1 - exactly ; the company's annual cash earning are about 2.5 times the size of the current buy back and we will be debt free this year - well ahead of schedule - so not only can they extend it they can increase it significantly - that scuppers the BS by the shorters and they don't like it - as we saw yesterday any whiff of volume and share price will spike north - shorters have their nuts in a vice and don't like it !!

You know you are winning when a shorter come on BB's shouting about their short (pure BS) - they were not vocal when they were building their shorts last yr - never said a word.

Hopefully they will buy SCH also buying back shares and well undervalued with a 6% dividend

I'm not sure why all the fuss about an acquisition. To be honest, given how undervalued PAYS is I would rather the board simply continued with the buybacks and paid out a chunky dividend.

Just my 2p.

When the buybacks were announced we were at 330. Now 380.

Acqisition of over a billion coming imo. An easy 100 point rise on that.

10% Organic growth for this year already announced. Pays has a history of beating estimates.

80 million still to use. I think the bayback programme will be extended at the next AGM.

Nice work Metis - it is a little worrying how little impact the share buying is having although of course the share price could be a lot lower without it.

What is keeping it down imo is still US regulation concerns and the implications of a outright ban on online gaming.

IMO it will have surprisingly little effect but a lot of "US growth" is built into the share price imo and that is what has fallen off.
