26/7/2016 09:38 | Suspect this will start to move given results in two weeks which will confirm further very strong performance. At 24x48c (db 3017 forecast) this is worth 886p (could also be derived from 20x15% ahead of 2017 forecast) | eh9
25/7/2016 09:29 | Check out adjusted historical prices on Yahoo finance. Anyone buying three weeks before Skrill purchase RNS could have sold into the market at a 50% profit pre record date OR held and taken up their rights. So no worries either way. | lw425
25/7/2016 08:57 | 888 one of paysafes biggest customers looking at William hill. Onwards and upwards | eh9
24/7/2016 23:59 | The 10th of August is going to bring a large positive on profits. The payments processing business was doing fantastically it still is. This is the growth area not some state in the US approving gambling. Pays has moved on it is not a gambling dependent company anymore (nice but not critical). The exchange rate is in PAYS favour big time. | ralphmalph
24/7/2016 23:41 | I wonder will the 10th August also bring with it an announcement of an acquisition/merger ? Factors to consider : * Skrill largely integrated and synergies being realised * Projected "Cash Profits" ( EBITDA) of $270 for 2016 - possibly will be upgraded * Projected to be debt free in 2017 * Directors have been buying shares for first time and in large amount * share price is trading at a large discount to peers - so v earnings accretive - if Board don't make a move soon they could become a takeover target especially with weak GBP * Directors and Brokers have been very quiet of late - are they busy working on a strategic buy ? * Chart shape in last few months is showing similarities to period just prior to Skrill acquisition. * US on-line gambling back in legislators cross hair - it just needs one of the big 4 states to make a call in 2016 and share price will likely rocket Qtr 3 2016 was mentioned as the target timeframe for an acquisition - could be some very interesting months ahead. 22/7/2016 20:08 | Agreed the company is now mature & cash generative enough now to start paying dividends in 2017. | seans66
22/7/2016 19:47 | Some promise of a dividend would prove useful at the coming announcement. | aspex
22/7/2016 14:58 | Uh, some blue on a Friday! There's a rarity! | jarega85
22/7/2016 14:00 | Until the price really starts 'motoring', would prefer any acquisitions to be limited bite size chunks! | lomax99
22/7/2016 13:49 | Skrill is fully integrated. See last trading statement. Next deal q3 | eh9
22/7/2016 13:46 | Surely Skrill needs to be fully integrated and imbedded prior to another acquisition. They need time to pass through teething periods before another move. And I agree I think we are not vulnerable to a take-over ourselves than rather another acquisition | jarega85
22/7/2016 13:07 | Would the chairman buy 40,000 shares recently if he expected to be diluted - not to mention other directors? Probably not. | ihatemms
22/7/2016 12:54 | That is my main fear.....that they will seek to acquire another business before their share price has recovered from the last one. Without a divi there is no real support for the share price and I don't want to find myself in a position where I have to buy into a rights issue in order to not be diluted. | salpara111
22/7/2016 10:03 | I think PAYS is a takeover target at these levels but if one does materialise then I think a large premium will need to be offered to secure support - The only thing that might frustrate that is if PAYS is the acquiror - has anyone else notice how similar the present graph is behaving when compared to the pre- Skrill announcement. | wolfhound1
22/7/2016 08:58 | Still a few shares been dumped by small funds? Been going on for months. Could be seen a buying opportunity this close to trading statement. | burn248
22/7/2016 07:22 | My point is UK company's are being seen as take-over targets because of the strength of sterling.I was basically saying, hope we aren't next. | jarega85
21/7/2016 19:32 | they were forced to - but selling up from a number of banks into MasterCard - hardly meets the need for innovation and competition envisaged by the regulator - has been flagged for 4 months | wolfhound1
21/7/2016 17:17 | There goes Vocalink! Swept up by MasterCard | jarega85
21/7/2016 16:09 | stockBob;"have managed to buy and sell this share 4 times this week with a fair profit each time. Seems to have a large fall during the early part of the day and then tends to rise early afternoon and then begin to drop towards end of trading day"Well I sincerely hope you've stopped doing this. Your nerves must be totally shot!!! | f1araway
21/7/2016 15:07 | Well, I am going to give it till the next update and if there is no sustained break above 400 I will exit. I have been in for about 6 months and am just above b/e so it has been a rather poor hold for me. I for one would not support another acquisition until the share price is back above £5 and it would definitely trigger my exit if they go for another. | salpara111
21/7/2016 12:30 | Certainly crazy moves. I've given up trying to trade this. Will just hold and wait now. | wildchild
21/7/2016 10:26 | There was low volume yesterday but climbed to 407p early on.You know if it drops it will pick back up, this cash cow will turn good!500p is my target when I intend on de-risk but will continue to hold a large percentage of my portfolio for retirement so I can then buy my island. Thanks and have a good day | jarega85
21/7/2016 10:12 | What I find odd is that the price goes down 1-2% on pathetically low volumes. Its also a mystery why we cant breakthrough £4... | nurdin |
