30/7/2016 12:04 | It's all very well saying the price "should" be this or "should" be that but it's not. For some reason the buyers are not paying more than 400p most of the time and mostly they're paying quite a bit less than 400p. Patience, and/or top up are two ways of dealing with it or sell up and move on to something else. I'm not selling. | keyno
30/7/2016 11:15 | The day before the skrill acquisition, paysafe was valued at 14.1x ebitda which equates to 608p today hence once market sees 2016 results delivered this should be over 600p | eh9
30/7/2016 11:01 | Unfortunately the market is not rating them at anywhere near that level currently.Disappoint | nurdin
30/7/2016 10:52 | If paysafe board did agree to be bought in order to become part of a larger company I can only see this at being at least 15x ebitda = 700p given skrill was bought on 13.6x or so and paysafe is now a much stronger franchise. | eh9
29/7/2016 18:00 | Long term holder here and of late this seems to be struggling to push ahead which by my metrics and valuations it should. Is this deal that is 'going to move the dial' in progress?.Something going on behind the scenes because this should have a superb future along with a current premium rating.I want the lid to come off and not the wheels. | geraldus
29/7/2016 17:44 | Salpara111 wouldn't worry too much you get a good return soon august the 10th remember its only been 6 months and you would have only made 0.5% on your money in a bank account and thats if you help for a year! | stockbob
29/7/2016 17:12 | Unfortunately as someone who bought into this growth story 6 months ago I am actually sitting on a small loss so I am rather less relaxed and concerned that they may go for another fund raise. | salpara111
29/7/2016 15:09 | Typical Friday and we'll be back above 400p and well clear soon, although it's been a bumpy ride, we've all made plenty of money here and there's more to come.PAYS hasn't let us down up to now plus it's Friday so cheer up! | jarega85
29/7/2016 12:33 | It's very odd that it does not get taken over since the valuation so low at 9x ebitda vs wirecard's 17x | eh9
29/7/2016 12:21 | while disappointed with current share price , i feel that this is the usual movement in this share price every time we are coming up to a results, update etc. anyone holding this share a while will know this by now. come 10th August and this will be well over £4-00 strange thing is this a rock solid company you only have to research the figures . Price is being manipulated as per usual by MMs for their gain create panic selling etc. don't sell hold that my opinion also decided to buy a few more this morning GLA | stockbob
29/7/2016 12:12 | Nothing makes sense in this game | reddave999
29/7/2016 09:56 | worldpay rising day by day, a lot more debt and higher pe, doesn't make much sense | longwell
29/7/2016 09:13 | Personally I would expect a merger with Joel and Brian getting CEO and Cfo. That way there would be no debt and no goodwill but all the upside. A Chinese or Indian wallet partner would also be interesting as would Vodafone placing mpaysa into paysafe and retaining a stake....one way or another paysafe has pedigree and this is a hot sector | eh9
29/7/2016 09:06 | this is normal walk down before next week when volume increases, cant see rights issue now, other funding available with a cash generative scaleable business,no divi though as still need to clear debt and keep funds available for smaller bolt ons. share price will move north with patience. | longwell
29/7/2016 08:41 | Perhaps there will be a 'relief' rally if another sizeable acquisition does not accompany the results on 10th August! I am not opposed to semi-sizeable bolt-ons, but would much prefer to do it from cash flow, debt, or, ideally, more highly rated paper! (Nasdaq listing anyone?) Also in favour of a modest dividend (=< 1%) should do it, and would be easy enough to fund. | lomax99
29/7/2016 08:31 | It seems pretty clear that the market fear of another acquisition is really holding the share price back. Personally I dont want another rights issue. I am happy for them to fund another acquisition from cash flow or debt. In addition, I really do think it is time they started paying a divi as that would allow income funds to buy in and give more support to the share price | salpara111
29/7/2016 07:47 | Wirecard recently guided for fy 2016 ebitda of euro300m, paysafe $276m. Wirecard's market cap is £4.4bn paysafe's £1.9bn. If paysafe traded at 17.4 times ebitda as wirecard does instead of 9 x then paysafe's current share price would be 760p.This is without looking at 2017 which is at least a 20% growth in eps for paysafe but deal flagged for q3 2016 also.... | eh9
29/7/2016 07:35 | not many trading days left until update, hit 4.37 last time, since then $ to £ is massively in favour before any increase in business revenues, looking to 4.50 this time. company is still very under rated and not it seems on may peoples radars. | longwell

27/7/2016 10:57 | I can only repeat my previous post, anyone buying three weeks before Skrill purchase RNS could have sold into the market at a 50% profit pre record date OR held and taken up their rights. That's probably the best reply you'll get. On another positive, looks like a true golden cross in the next few days as the 20MA crosses the 50MA, then the 100MA. This chart action ties in nicely with the run up to the 10th August. | lw425
27/7/2016 10:56 | I would prefer an allocation to a dividend and not because I require the cash. It would show intent to the wider investment world | aspex
27/7/2016 10:35 | Only concern i have is if we try and aquire too much too soon. Got burned big time with monitise where they were acquiring so much it was hard to know the true revenue year on year gains (why im a newbie). Guess cant compare with opay as they are already making profit but just putting it out thee, just nervous with amount im holding... Gla | newbieinvestor |
