12/9/2017 09:07 | That's both amazing and alarming Arcot. Are you sure it was genuine? How did they get your home number? If they can contact people you would have thought they would contact big holders first. Any of you big holders get a call? I reckon I am going to vote no as far as £7.50. I feel I have little to lose. Paysafe have taken over a company at a PE of 14. There is really no justification for us to be expected to sell out lower. If selling the Asian business suddenly makes us more valuable we can do it without the takeover. Cheap, cheap, cheap is all I can say. | polythene
12/9/2017 08:58 | Voted my 20k against if that's any use Hope it helps Fed up with US buying us up on the cheap with the £ down and most earnings in $ this is a steal for them The EU has sucked all the backbone out of the UK when we get our independence it should be different. | slogsweep
12/9/2017 08:56 | Costa, shares held via The Share Centre. And for anyone else using them it is simple enough to vote on both issues from your account homepage. I did wonder how they got my home number but only after I had put the phone down! | arcot

12/9/2017 08:37 | Got to push the no vote hard. It maybe that they will come back with an extra 30p a share to get it through. | trentendboy
12/9/2017 08:36 | I wish they would have called me, they could have had my full, unadulterated, view! No disrespect, but they really must be desperate calling up for only 2,000 shares! As a previous poster pointed out, they have until 2pm today (14 days before meeting) to publish amended terms, I am however not expecting them to. The ii's really need to 'man up', with so little formal support they really are doing everyone a complete dis-service if they cannot extract an enhanced offer. | lomax99
12/9/2017 08:33 | Really? How did they get your number? Do you hold shares directly or via nominee? | costapacket
12/9/2017 08:16 | I had a "representative" of Bidco ring me last Friday afternoon asking me how I was going to vote. Why bother with lil'ol me who has just under 2000 shares? Didnt get the firms name as I was busy at the time but it does seem a tad strange that they want to know what I am voting. Anyone else had a call. (Against by the way) | arcot
09/9/2017 21:57 | You cannot beat Hargreaves Lansdown. I have been with them 13 years and best large Company I have ever dealt with. Voted NO on my 20,000 shares in Paysafe. | portugull
09/9/2017 19:42 | Agree about smart investor - talk about an ironic brand name!Shocking transfer to an inferior platform that is more expensive for many loyal customers. Plus still no communication about paysafe corporate action. Great work Barclays!!! | seans66
09/9/2017 19:26 | Pmwright77. Thanks for advice on HL. The new Smart Investor (Barclays) is not smart at all!! Think I will move. Will keep trying the phone number to register my no vote. | r1071987
09/9/2017 18:04 | thanks ralph just told em | brad44
09/9/2017 17:45 | Hargreaves Lansdown had quite straightforward online form for me to tick both for my SIPP & ISA (although they aren't the cheapest) | scooper72
09/9/2017 17:33 | Shifted from i i a few years ago because of their chronic incompetence and went to selftrade, whose performance also started deteriorating a while back. Switched finally to TD Direct who (so far) have been the best of the lot - they managed to sort out their proxy voting mechanism within a couple of days of receiving the notifications from Paysafe. Unfortunately, they were bought by i i a few months ago, so I'm now waiting with some trepidation to see if their performance sinks to the the level of i i's. | largeronald
09/9/2017 16:09 | send this link to them and ask them why they are incompetent. Tell them their competition are all sorting out proxy votes, why are they not? You are paying for a service, why are they not delivering. hxxps://www.paysafe. | ralphmalph
09/9/2017 14:42 | got this message from III Thank you for your secure message dated 7 September 2017. With regards to your holding in PaySafe, our Corporate Actions Department have not yet been passed any information for any pending action for this stock. You state that you wish to vote No to all resolutions but we cannot see any General Meetings planned for PaySafe or on their website. If you can give us the date of the meeting we can register your Proxy Vote instruction and forward it to the company on your behalf on a best endeavours basis. | brad44
08/9/2017 20:08 | Kames is in win win situation as if the offer goes through they will make 8p a share, if it fails the share price will most probably rise anyway. | malcolmmm
08/9/2017 18:06 | The fact that ii's like Kames are still adding to their existing position at prices of 582p tells me that the offer they expect to eventually arrive is well north of 590p - these guys don't add for a few pennies that wouldn't cover the brokers acqn commission. | wolfhound1
08/9/2017 17:19 | Received my Corporate Actions e-mail from HL today and voted against the offer. For those shareholders with HL it is very easy to do and only takes seconds. r1071987 - HL are slightly more expensive than some others but the service is excellent and the reason why they are the biggest. Isaready - the reason why most shareholders are disgusted by this offer is that it is very low and the Directors haven't acted IMHO in the interests of the shareholders who currently own it. CVC bring nothing extra to the party and the company could grow at exactly the same rate or more with current shareholders. I doubt very much that had CVC not offered very large incentives to JL and others they would have recommended the offer so enthusiastically. | pmwright77
08/9/2017 16:58 | That assumes the Scheme of Arrangement is successful (i.e. at least 75% of votes in favour), if this condition is not reached then 'the Scheme of Arrangement will fail and no further action will be taken.' | lomax99
08/9/2017 16:48 | The more i hear about this the more it's sounds like a done deal. Why would they be delisted if no deal price is agreed ???? | oohrogerpalmer
08/9/2017 16:18 | No doubt mentioned in the offer documents somewhere, but for anyone who has not seen it (from the HL site): 'The last day of dealings in Paysafe Group plc Shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to be the day after the Court Hearing, following which Paysafe Group plc Shares will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange.' i.e. Wednesday 27th September | lomax99
08/9/2017 16:14 | Will have a look, sold 80% of mine but will vote no on the rest and may buy more but NMC and especially EME which actually look like they have a good gas find ,are going great guns so will hold for now. | malcolmmm
08/9/2017 16:00 | Just received the vote message from HL. Have voted against. GLA | moonboots222 |
