o FY 2015 revenue of circa $600m. H2 2015 Group revenue of circa $380m, driven by strong growth across the Group's product lines, particularly in the Processing division's North American business.

Barclays also recognize the proformas too conservative as skrill is growing strongly which was not taken into account

The Barclays upgrade to £5.60 share price indicates it has re-rated PAYS in line with its peers now it is in FTSE - we should see others doing same- perhaps this will coincide with the trading update due next week - GLA

decided to sell half my holding for a modest profit. and wait with cash on the sides just in case we get a drop like we did this morning ..which is still quite possible if the Shanghai composite behaves like it did today.

second day where share price has recovered v nicely in the face of a poor market - holding its support levels v well - clearly US buyers like PAYS

IMHO worldpay are carp... I would much rather PAYS take over worldpay. It would be far better all round.

With the value of Worldpay having increased over the last few months, now would be an ideal time to use their paper to acquire Paysafe ;)
