14/12/2015 11:30 | joeall - I think my wording is ok - you are correct FTSE250 is March 2016 (at earliest) however it is likely it will be in FTSE on 23rd Dec - from RNS on 25Nov "It is expected that the Company's shares will be admitted to the Official List, commence trading on the Main Market and simultaneously be cancelled on AIM effective at 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2015 (the "Admission Date"), subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals from the UK Listing Authority and the LSE. The Company will issue a prospectus in connection with the Admission prior to the Admission Date. The prospectus will be made available on the Company's website at www.paysafe.com." I doubt they would have been that specific in RNS unless it was already agreed in principle with UKLA, LSE, FCA, Broker etc..... to move to main market on that date. Once on FTSE entry to FTSE250 will happen in the march qtr as a matter of course provided total MV is sufficient to displace one of the lower ranked FTSE250 co that will be dropped out of FTSE250 in march - which on current prices is pretty much a definite. 14/12/2015 11:06 | Wolf, rather than 'likely' I'd put maybe,as co. has stated the earliest they will get into ftse 250 is march next year. | ![]() joeall

14/12/2015 09:27 | With Prospectus likely this week and move to FTSE next week - I think we will see share price bounce quite nicely this week and into next week - could see a big shift just ahead of mid-day on X-mas eve - IMHO we will be at new high in a little over a week. | ![]() wolfhound1

12/12/2015 15:50 | Bound to be a lot of movement around this time as funds which have to just be in the AIM market sell up and others that are never invested there buy.Very difficult to see what is going on. | ![]() pshevlin

12/12/2015 09:35 | Sensible CEOs like Joel sell similar amount every year otherwise their whole net worth tied up in the company. China industrial figures beat expectations today so maybe a better day on Monday..... | ![]() eh9
12/12/2015 08:58 | Unless you know Joel personally and ask him directly you won't be any wiser. We can only guess. All we know is that when he sold, the share price dipped slightly but no more than that. That tells us that the sale was not a concern to the market. | ![]() verger

11/12/2015 17:27 | tsmith2, some of us have assumed that the sale was related to a loan he has but whatever the reason the market was accepting of it otherwise the shares would have nose-dived. F1araway I agree to a point but some of us who have been around for a while are interested in who has bought and sold amongst regular contributors to this bb. | ![]() verger

11/12/2015 17:15 | I honestly find it shocking to see so many contributors ramping this the way they have today."Expect it to be blue at the end""I've added""So have I""No you've not""Yes I have"No wonder it's pantomime season. | f1araway
11/12/2015 17:01 | Was was Joel's reason? | ![]() tsmith2
11/12/2015 16:47 | Well, what a day. It is never nice to see your shares drop so much in value but there are a lot of positives around. Joel has done his transaction for understandable reasons which the market seemed content with; cvc etc were going to offload their stake at some point, and now they have. Things are tidying up nicely, ready for entry into the main market on 23rd December when new fund managers will be buying and good trading updates will help these shares resume their upward trend. | ![]() verger
