have also topped up, IMO this sort of thing happens, private equity guys won't want IMO to be in a plc vehicle, they have made their turn within Skrill, shares have been placed, move to main market and then the market can value it accordingly....it was valuing it at £3.70 before this IMO so I cannot see any reason it can't move back towards that as IMO fundamentals for that valuation haven't changed. DYOR etc and all IMO...

I was a little worried last night but not now as EH9 has said this has been know for some time and the shares have already been placed indicating strong demand! It appears to all have been completed with the min of fuss as i have come to expect from PAYS.

They were placed at 346 so always go drop to that level, before this i was looking at topping up if dropped to 350 so for me this looks like an opportunity to purchase an additional holding.

Got my large top up at 345p,though may have paid to much seeing the price go down further. Not sure why it's slipping thought it may bounce back up.

That takes out any stock overhang from RI and acquisition - so onwards and upwards to new highs and FTSE entry in 7 business days and likely to see prospectus start of next week !!

Cast mind back to when Dermot Desmond's UUI sold his 25% stake at around 247p in late Jan 2014 for 8x return his original investment - share price went on to 575p in a little over 1 year !!

Blue by close in same circumstances in other companies that have done acquisitions and the equity consideration has been placed by the seller

Topped up. The speed of the take up of the placing of 7% of the equity, even at 346p, shows some faith in the prospects of the company. It clears an overhang and puts a floor on the share price.
