Looks like a dip below 350p is on the cards. Cheeky top up placed at 345p,see if we get there.

The fact that this was coming has been fully public since the March prospectus. The overhang will be gone when the placement is placed and the shares will move on to the next level up - seen it on other deals where there was an equity element

Not sure how you can say taking £130M of buys off the table is going to be a good thing! Any ii will put a lower offer on the placing shares rather than trade through the market.

Look at the skrill acquisition prospectus - Cvc were required to hold these 7.x% for 180 days (they sold skrill to Opay). This is simply these now being placed. Most likely there are buyers lined up but per prospectus Cvc has to give notice of placing. Week or so before prospectus is most liquid time to place these shares. My experience with other companies that did acquisitions and had platings after 180 days by vendors is once the placing placed the shares go onto next level higher. This is a GOOD thing to happen now as as per prospectus it had to happen - Cvc and friends are venture capital not asset managers - they want the money for their next venture capital deal.

It does surprise me that they are selling their entire holding, surely it would have been better to wait a couple of months until pays are in the ftse250?

It was always in the skrill prospectus. In my experience of similar once placed the share will move to the next level

No doubt the shorters will be seen in force first thing from the open on Friday, 7.3% of the stock is quite a bit to shift (£130M at todays closing price), I wonder what sort of discount they will have to give - why can't the PI's be offered this discount also!

Cvc skrill lock-in shares being placed. In my experience when the rns comes out that these have been placed the share price jumps to next level. Launch of the placing on a Friday suggests they have buyers already lined up....

All ii bots at work. Has been all along and will probably continue even when we move to the FTSE but perhaps with less movement.Just look at the trading patterns in a company like Aviva.

Is the slight dip in the share price a continued reaction to Joel's sale, people cashing in a bit to pay for Christmas, or the view that the move to the main market is now priced in? Yep, that's all I want to know at the moment!

Now that Yuan has been approved as a 10% of basket of reserve currency by IMF I suspect its depreciation of 10% last august to facilitate entry will start to reverse - makes for a positive market backdrop

I have stocked up yet again, as it seems it was the drop in the oil price and China trade data driving down share prices

Quiet before the Christmas rush me thinks - buyers only have til the 23rd to save on stamp duty - I suspect they won't leave it much longer

Things have gone very quiet, volume particularly low.
Footsie is down 1.5%.
