Suspect one way or another we will be twice this price by Christmas whether taken over or through the flagged q3 deal

Perhaps they have only just realised that only 5% of their Turnover relies on brexit Britain.....

Cheers Nurdin - that does throw up a good point.

Have Brokers not yet updated their models for Brexit - no small task if they have a large portfolio of different businesses ?

If they had done so on PAYS then they would have realised they should have moved historical target share price up by 20% alone on this factor.

Thanks wolfhound.I was referring to eps estimates rather than brokers targets. But very interesting to see those anyway, so thanks again.

DB,their house brokers, were forecasting 41c for the current year and 48c for 2017 in their note issued last March.Rest of them are much lower. On DBs estimates the stock is trading at just under 10x 2017 estimated earnings which is simply daft!

It's the "matter of time" that is annoying. FTSE 250 drops 5%, PAYS drops more. FTSE 250 rises 1.7% PAYS rises 0.7%. It's just not equitable. As I said before the board really needs to be getting a dual listing as the City just don't seem to be able to understand this stock.

next trading statement 4 weeks away, can see another upgrade coming or increased consolidation in the sector. these prices are a steal in this sector.more and more digital payments being processed every day, paysafe is also going into currency conversion. will not predict share price but can see this stepping up in big chunks over next few years. any online legalisation in America which will come eventually will only enhance prospects.
going to sit back at moment, conserve cash and wait for my retirement plans to be realised through paysafe.

What I mean is its win win as due to £ slide we are a snip eg for USA player or European player but at tech same time paysafe will want to emphasise the under valuation as they prepare for their next move in q3

EH9 - takeover not at all welcome! (other than for a failed attempt, which underpinned our share price at a much higher level). At what level do you think any offer would need to be to secure it?
