01/7/2016 09:46 | Euro vs dollar seems to be gradually getting stronger looking at 2016 so skrill still delivering more $ per euro than 2015 so Brexit will not have any adverse fx impact IMO and good chance of bullish ts Monday or Tuesday next week | ![]() eh9

30/6/2016 18:29 | Hi Wolf, it's not the first time that's been said but I think the US listing also sounded appealing Pre Brexit and has done since the acquisition of Skrill but it's not happened.Maybe that's because they've been do using on the synergies and the FTSE entry, etc so that possibly could be a next step.Always encouraging though when you see/hear directors buying and you often don't see many sells from them! So they continue to hold onto their shares! At this present moment in time, although I wouldn't be surprised if news landed on PAYS next direction soon I'm actually interested and looking forward to our next trading update and hearing the gains made given the £ depreciation. | ![]() jarega85

30/6/2016 11:55 | I wonder how long it will be before PAYS decides to go for a US listing on Nasdaq/NYSE ? Could that be the next announcement we hear from the Board ? - to me this would make a lot of sense post Brexit for following reasons : 1. Only 5% of revenues are UK based and revenues are reported in USD. 2. Growing swell of support for on-line poker and DFS in the 4 largest US states makes the US a natural future home for PAYS to be listed on - once regulated then it will be respected. 3. Largest competitor is in the US market and someone wants to compete with PAYPAL would see PAYS as a very attractive earnings accretive add-on. 4. Higher PE ratios afforded in US market for peers in this space. 5. If someone like Visa Inc. is sniffing around PAYS - it does make it relatively more straight forward in terms of acquisition to acquire a US listed entity - I would guess there would be less issues with EU/UK competition laws if a US entity acquires a US entity - not withstanding the need for regulatory approval of a payments company in local jurisdictions. Any thoughts ? | ![]() wolfhound1
