Six UK stocks tipped to be the next Fever-Tree


Philip Harris, manager of EdenTree UK Equity Growth, said: “Retail ‘roll-out’ stocks are one of the classic growth stock ‘must haves’ given their high potential rates of growth and the UK’s largest patisserie café chain is no exception.

“The core Patisserie Valerie brand continues its roll out and the format has further developed from the high street into Debenhams, service stations and other locations.

“Such retail stocks have low roll-out costs, rapid paybacks on investment and good cash flow. The company also has a number of other smaller brands in the early stages, which adds to the growth mix.

“Management is high quality and backed by serial entrepreneur Luke Johnson as chairman. As cash builds in the business, special dividend or acquisitions are a possibility.”

A positive site visit this week has given us comfort on FY16 (September) numbers. Our focus therefore now turns to FY17 forecasts, which bear upside risk, in our view. The share price remains 10% below pre-referendum levels and has been largely ignored in the post-Brexit recovery. We reaffirm our 350p price target and upgrade from Hold to Buy.
