As posted yesterday;

The General intends to drag it out at long as possible until the plc folds
or license cancelled. Court rulings aren't really relevant as this will go
through appeals then the biggie in terms of delaying tactics - arbitration.

Today, said by the party in question;

We have today applied to appeal, the effect of which suspends the judgment
until such an appeal is heard. It is likely to take several years for this
case to be resolved and we're confident of our rights under Mozambique law.

I said yesterday the time to short was around 8.05-8.10am not sure yet but people
as normal chasing are taking huge risks.

I'd guess 95%+ of the biggest risers the day before usually turn up on the biggest
fallers list the morning after

Rather than chase this now people are better off trying to find the next one.
ANR have world class assets in their Rns today bet that does not even rise 10% let
alone 500% :-))
