15/12/2014 16:50 | bozzy That is exactly what I thought. I had shares in ENNEX International (remember them) they claimed they had the biggest Zinc deposit in the world but in 20 years they never got it out of the ground because the costs were too high. TBH who is going to short a share so closed to zero. Stig was probably negative on the stock nothing wrong with that. | 21trader
15/12/2014 16:50 | Will fly past 2.5p for sure tomorrow possibly ticke 3p. Then maybe a bit of profit tacking before a steady rise in the coming days/weeks. Looking at 6p target in the next month or 2 and that's being conservative :-) | stevedawn
15/12/2014 16:49 | Apparently no appeal to the Supreme court! | cliveas
15/12/2014 16:45 | Still no sign of Stig! Wonder if he/she was massively short at 0.2p? If this follows the usual pattern, it'll be a surge early tomorrow, maybe 50%-100% higher, then profit-taking kicks in, people realise there will be an appeal / arbitration and things will drag on for years before the company finally gets justice. Some people here quoting the value of assets. Doesn't mean a thing - someone might have £100bn of gold buried 20 miles underground which would cost £150bn to extract. That £100bn asset is worthless. Expecting to see 2.5p and 1p tomorrow..... :) | bozzy_s
15/12/2014 16:39 | I think it will open up get chased for a few minutes then it will get sold off and that is when I intend to short it. Kibo at 11.5p Fitb at 25p they come good in the end :-)) Good luck to those going long now. Look at this thread last 2 months nobody here now full of day traders. | 21trader
15/12/2014 16:35 | He already owes millions in legal fees to date and every single ruling both in the uk courts and moz courts have gone against him. Is he that much of a mindless fool to take it any further and rack up millions more in legal fees. Fighting a loosing battle if he does and he knows it. The game is well and truly up. | stevedawn
15/12/2014 16:30 | Bam, it's over for him. If he wants to keep fighting then he's a fool. This is the Supreme Court, not some tin-pot magistrate court in some dust town. | induna123
15/12/2014 16:27 | Won't allow you to buy.Wonder why? | siddle
15/12/2014 16:25 | The Generals days are truly numbered. Hardly, since the plan is to drag it out at long as possible in the hope the plc eventually folds or the license gets cancelled. Today's RNS doesn't change that. Court rulings are basically irrelevant at this stage as it will go all the way through each appeal then arbitration - the biggie in terms of delaying tactics. | bam bam rubble
15/12/2014 16:25 | 4p maybe Friday lets not get carried away :-) | stevedawn
15/12/2014 16:23 | It will drop tomorrow | ayub1
15/12/2014 16:22 | The exact same ruling was given in the British courts 2 years ago. Plus he already owes over a million in legal fees to date. The Generals days are truly numbered. | stevedawn
15/12/2014 16:21 | 4p tomorrow am. | siddle
15/12/2014 16:19 | I'm gutted 21t has filtered me.What a fanny. Up we go. | siddle
15/12/2014 16:18 | He's fighting a losing battle BAM BAM. Even the courts in MOz recognise PFP's case. If the General wants to keep fighting and paying lawyers then he's a fool and a poor military strategist to boot. | induna123
15/12/2014 16:17 | There is no appeal you idiot | siddle
15/12/2014 16:16 | bye :-)) Siddle 15 Dec'14 - 16:16 - 2081 of 2081 0 0 (Filtered) | 21trader
15/12/2014 16:16 | "judgment has been received in respect of the proceedings heard in December 2012" If it's taken two years for this initial judgment, how many years for the appeal? Not just for an appeal to take place but the results of one. Then the arbitration. | bam bam rubble
15/12/2014 16:16 | Yeah because your short was from about 0.50p? | siddle
15/12/2014 16:15 | I wish I was from 1.55p levels I could easily lie and say I was but I am not | 21trader
15/12/2014 16:15 | I think fear clouded your judgement as always.. | siddle
15/12/2014 16:13 | Siddle I'm not short but if you want to make up I am like the rest be my guest. I think greed took over here. | 21trader
15/12/2014 16:12 | Well same happened with Fitb. What's wrong with that?Your short must be painful, well not half as painful as tomorrow. | siddle |
