Bit obvious there was a buyer too, 2 mil at 0.95p then 2 x 1 mil at 0.85p yesterday.

Methinks this might bounce well now, they've just failed me a miserly 100k fok
at 0.8p

As far as I know they are not a food Company, they could be involved with a lot of 'swinging' though! '🤣

The irony that we all focus of the seller(s)and along pops a Buyer!!

I've had a very quick look and agree with dave4545 and fft that most of the buying is the dubious get rich quick and pump and dump traders, most who clearly didn't read the RNS correctly or fully, and jumped on the bandwagon or for a ''punt''

#PEL - looks like folks been sleeping on this RNS! 4.2M Euro contract vs 2m Mcap... Buys starting to flow in early doors before herd arrives!

#PEL plenty of upside here looking at the chart. Remember buying this stock when it was in the 3's and haven't really revisited since. Looks good value down here with a 2m MCAP based on that contract win. RNS missed by a few from the looks of it

I'm not sure. Been as honest as I can. Huge seller and might raise funds in the future. If the seller goes today it could spike hence that is the punt #pel

Seller might be out.

2 x 1 mil buys at 0.85p then a random number 981,118 which is obviously worked part of that lot of trades.

Dave,100,000 shares at 0.845p = 845 quid. That's all. At the current market cap, PEL must interest people interested in get rich quick possibilities. It is now too small for most investors - both liquidity (except yesterday/today) and market cap. The RNS yesterday was good, but it was a rns -non, so no change to company forecasts etc. Did the people buying yesterday miss that, or didn't they believe it would happen or are they the get rich quick momentum people. I suspect the latter and as soon as the share price turned, they got out to preserve capital and live to fight another day on a different share.

Absolutely right 1sv. PEL is very annoying as it should be making money, but the mgmt seem to have the knack of mispricing anything, so that investors are unsure if yesterday's good news will be good or bad !With a market cap of about 1.6m, and a bank who are clearly not happy, I would think that we are heading into last chance saloon, before it is taken private for a derisory price (although it couldn't be much more derisory than the current SP).A rights issue or placing to raise funds would be the obvious way, but does anyone trust management not to blow it ? Their credibility is not high over the last 2 years. A series of RNS has indicated an inability to sort out a very small company, but be more interested in internal infighting.

1 mil sold at 0.8p, there was 1 mil sold yesterday, 2 mil at 0.95p looks like a buy but could have been worked earlier in the day to be a sale.

Could be a holding Rns coming, does anybody know who the seller is ?

Today is very important if the slide to oblivion is to be avoided. There was a mixture of daft trades yesterday but also longer term holders selling in to liquidity. There has been zero liquidity for months so the increased volume has helped people reduce positions. I know quite a lot of LTHs here and mostly we are hopeful for the future. Having said that several have reduced due to uncertainty.

Some decent buys coming in being matched by traders from yesterday still getting out.

Like I said.

If you check yesterdays trades a load of get rich quick traders on the back of promotion on twitter bought in. This new breed cannot hold stocks and every single
one of them bar 1 maybe has now sold for a loss. Now they are all out the price might edge back up during the day

lol

That made me chuckle

No stop losses today, this market is saturated with a new breed of "if it's not up 100% in 20 mins" I will sell for a loss punter.

So many people now losing money because they buy then sell for a loss within minutes.

dave4545

Stop losses would be the reason for those trades. There was a dip that would have triggered them.

Indeed 1savvy

Sadly the current market is crammed full of them. They watch twitter and pile in but they all pile out as soon as one sale shows. I cannot see how people can possible make a living if you are so jittery and bail within minutes of buying and before the price or trade has had a chance to get into profit. This is not about Pel but all penny stocks.

At one stage there was nothing offered and looked like overhang was cleared, it probably was then all the traders sold back their stock and put us back to square one
but amongst the madness there was some big buys including 2 million at 0.95p

Quite a bit of good news, Paragon advertising heavily for staff. Shares at an all time low. The bank are obviously uncomfortable, do they own the main building at Elvington? It seems much stronger that the MK Cap to me. If they can turn a 12M turnover into a 1M profit all should be rosey, they ought to be able to make 10% clear.

I added some more today.

"most selling was by long term holders"

erm have you looked at trades. I'll save you the trouble

157,623 paid 0.95p sold for 0.95p held 38 minutes
500-600k paid 0.95p at 12.31pm sold at 12.59pm for 0.9611 so held 28 mins

211640 paid 0.945p sold for 0.95p held 27 minutes
515914 paid 0.968p sold for 0.9p held 41 minutes
450551 paid 0.999 sold for 0.876 held 97 minutes

I can go on and on and match most of the buys today with sales later on.

dave4545

Dave . You are correct that if nobody had sold the price would have risen sharply but given Pel's track record it is hardly surprising some sold in to the liquidity. Many of us have been loyal for a very long time. Friday's RNS indicated that HSBC were losing patience and that the over draft facility is "Sub Optimal". Entirely logical to take some off the table and to wait for news given the painful experience of the last two Years. It feels like a corner is being turned here but investor trust is at a very low ebb ; and so people do not want to be over invested. I suspect most selling was by LTHs.

Would have had a substantial % increase had all the twitter idiots looking for a fast buck not all bought then sold again.

You can match up around 20 buys with sales, nobody made any money.

If they had the balls to just hold it would be at least 1.1p bid now
