dave- I'm unsure how accurate these ''fake'' trades turn out to be. As an example a couple of weeks ago you could supposedly sell 3.5m shares in MIN @2.8p, but since then the share price has fallen and the bid is 2.4p (14% lower)

Having said that I agree we do have an overhang.

The accounts must be running on next to thin air so no point in looking any further until i see profits increased and confirmeation of cash which rules out a Placing. Hard to see any cash raise being at anywhere near the 1p share price.

I'm pretty sure Spreadex got stuck with some stock, so if they have cleared that via a buyer then it could explain why no volume has shown.

I can't imagine them getting stuck with 5 million though.

I don't believe it is John D. Whilst in many ways it's the logical conclusion to come to after he left the Business, in reality it rarely plays out that (ex)Directors sell soon after exiting. So following that logic then maybe Pete Holdsworth? Although I'd edge my bets on Gresham House (Livingbridge)


All guesswork though until any Holding RNS's land.

Not in this market.

I've seen loads of stocks in the last few months that see serious %'s of the company change hands and no holding rns turns up. Seems nobody cares anymore to say so.

For fear of stating 'the bleedin' obvious' then 2.5m would be approx. 1.3% of the Company, so with those levels we should get some holding notifications.

If I had more cash I could test it for 5 million.

But if a mm is happy to let somebody buy 2.5 mil online in one go then the actually overhang itself could easily be around 10-20 million shares ??

Spreadex seem to have some (or all?)of any overhang. They rarely deal in under £5m Market caps, yet have stock available (they wouldn't tell me how much). They never notified above 3% so if it is them in isolation then there cannot be much more to go.

They have been going after experiential retail market for past three years but doesn't seem to have borne much fruit yet
